Close to the sea in a pedestrian residence with heated swimming pool from 15 June to 15 September, games room, (table football, ping-pong table, library in a common area and two petanque courts).

You have a living room with sofa bed and kitchen table, TV, a fully equipped kitchen (2-burner hob, multifunction microwave oven, an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and small appliances at your disposal then plancha and electric barbecue).

a bathroom, separate toilet, Two closed bedrooms, on the first floor a bedroom with a bed for 2 people + dressing room, upstairs a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together for a double bed + dressing room, a mezzanine.

Available a cot and high chair for baby.

Private enclosed garden with gate facing south, to enjoy the sun all day long, a paved outdoor terrace of 26 m2 with table, chairs and electric awning, garden furniture, 2 sunbeds, a bicycle shed.

The Hameau des Pins residence offers a heated swimming pool and a shared wading pool from mid-June to mid-September in a secure area.
No car crossings in the residence, pedestrian walkways redone in 2025.

A numbered parking space near the accommodations are allocated to you during your stay.

Non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed.

Cycle and pedestrian paths 100 meters in the national forest, towards the beach of Les Demoiselles (1500 meters) and city center (1500 meters)
Shop ( Super U ) at 1000 meters. Bike rental at 300 meters .

Activities near the hamlet of pines for all ages and tastes (Atlantic slide, quad, paintball, visits to the marshes, Casino etc...)
Nearby: Ile d'Yeu, Le passage du Gois, Noirmoutier, St Gilles croix de vie.
60 minutes away, Nantes and the machines of the island. 1h15mn the Puy du fou and O'gliss Park water park, the largest slide in Europe.

End of stay cleaning possible with the concierge service. Deposit returned if cleaning done by the tenant.

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday during the summer holidays, from weeks 26 to 35, rental of 2 nights minimum excluding summer holidays.

End of stay cleaning 60 euros (to be paid directly to the concierge if you wish not to do the cleaning)

If the Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, a deposit check of 60 euros will be given to the concierge on the day of arrival and it will be returned if the cleaning is in accordance with the exit.

All our beds are equipped with pillows (60x60 cm) and a duvet (220x240 cm) treated against dust mites.
