"Zimmer (Studio 29qm): sauber und gut ausgestattet. Schöne Aussicht aus dem Fenster - sh. Foto. Bequemes Bett, schönes Bad, Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach. Personal: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnte ziemlich gut Deutsch. Klimaanlage: funktionierte einwandfrei. Lage: in wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie Strand und Promenade, Marktplatz und Shoppingcenter, Restaurants und Supermärkte. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine gute Bäckerei."

"中庭に面したスタジオタイプのお部屋でしたが、日当たりも良く静かで過ごしやすかったです。キッチンが付いており簡単な食事は作ることが出来ます。冷蔵庫、食器、カトラリーも完備されています。近くに大きなモノプリがあるので大変便利。それから、備え付けのコーヒー粉がとても美味しかった！ニース中央駅からは歩いて10分ぐらい。スタッフの方は皆さん笑顔で接してくれて安心して過ごせました。エントランスに少し階段がありますが、スタッフの方が荷物を運んで下さいました。このホテルを選んで本当に良かったです！おすすめです。"

"The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train.
The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible.
On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...

"I would highly recommend doing your research before booking this property. There is a nightclub just below the unit that is open from 4 AM to 11 AM….every day minus Tuesday and Wednesday. We got zero sleep for this reason. Also, there is no privacy in the bedroom so if you have kids or other guests staying they can see right into your room. The mattress and linens were lacking. Location was great for access to Old Town, however the night club completely ruined this relaxing vacation for us.The...
