The large living room offers ample seating for lounging or gathering with loved ones, while the adjacent dining room provides a picturesque view of the gorgeous courtyard and glimpses of the sparkling ocean beyond.

The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals during your stay. Whether whipping up a quick breakfast or hosting a dinner party, the kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary cravings.

This luxurious condo features three inviting bedrooms, each offering its own unique retreat for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom, located off the kitchen and with courtyard views, is a serene sanctuary with a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy.

Adjacent to the master bedroom is the second bedroom, featuring two queen beds and its own en-suite bathroom, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests or family members. Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

This was our first trip to Fripp Island. And we hope to return soon! Our group included two very active boys, ages four and seven. Their mother and I particularly appreciated the great attitude of all the activity helpers. We also appreciated that each activity went on as scheduled, on time, with the right equipment, and with guidance as necessary.The pizza, truck and ice cream truck at night or so much fun, and a great way to run off any excess energy, although I’m not sure how they still had any!The pools and Beach were also lots of fun, clean, and contributed to the overall experience as well. Thanks for a lovely day!
