A Little Frippsea - 603 Newhaven

603 Newhaven is a two story 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath villa with direct ocen views and includes a 6-seat golf cart with private golf cart parking. The Newhaven complex has one of the best views on Fripp Island as it sits right at the northern point of the island. You will enjoy watching fabulous sunsets overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Fripp Inlet. You can enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck with views of the ocean.  603 Newhaven is a few short steps to the beach at low tide, Ocean Point Grille, and one of the two award winning golf courses on the island.

This relaxing villa features an eat-in kitchen as well as a separate dining area. The large array of kitchen gadgets, bake ware, pots, and pans will make cooking as fun in this kitchen as it is in your own.

Each of the 3 large bedrooms have ensuite baths and their own TVs.  The primary on the main level has a king bed and a large bathroom with both a shower and large tub.  Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and private bath with shower, then the second bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps 5 with a twin over full bunk, a twin, and twin trundle. The second bedroom's private bath has a combination tub / shower.  

Fripp Island Club cards are available for purchase. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, Activity Center and Camp Fripp, swimming pools, and more.  Starting in 2023 a resort fee of 12.8% will be added to any stay where guests request club cards.  This fee is in addition to the cost of the club cards themselves.  
 Gas grills are available in the courtyard common area. There is even a private room that is perfect for family gatherings (available with notice).

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.

Fripp Trip

Nice place .. no real issues. Had difficulty with Keurig so we just bought some coffee and used the other coffee pot..seems the top would not pull down far enough and we did not force it for fear of breaking. All else was fine .. nice place!

Great stay on Fripp

Our family enjoyed our stay. This property has everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing trip to Fripp. We made good use of the golf cart and loved having Ocean Point Pool just a couple of houses away. I had a couple of questions and the property manager was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Fripp-ing Wonderful

Though we arrived in the last week of March and the weather was chilly, we loved our time exploring Fripp Island. The golf cart was an added bonus to visit the deer each evening. The condo / island location is private; yet close enough to area attractions and day trips such as Hilton Head or Savannah. The condo itself is spacious enough for a large family. We enjoyed our stay very much and I have shared information with friends about Fripp Island and Little Frippasea ❤️

Great location!

This condo worked perfectly for our family of 7! With plenty of bathrooms and space to spread out, this has been our favorite place to stay at Fripp. Marnie was great to work with and dealt with a small problem very quickly. The 6 seater golf cart was great and there were even beach chairs for us. Would highly recommend!

Great spot for our family!

We had a great time at Fripp. We’ve been going every summer for several years now and loved the location of this villa. We were able to walk right out on the beach at low tide and the included golf cart made it so easy to get around the island. All in all, a perfect trip!

Great trip!

We enjoyed a short trip to Fripp for spring break. The house was in a great location and very clean. The included golf cart was a great bonus because it made getting around the island very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

We are a group of nurses from Las Vegas, NV. We came for a walk 30 mile breast cancer walk with Pledge the Pink. The location is perfect. Oven views, sitting decks, and the condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Just sit back relax and let life happen. Only thing I can say is they need some hangers. Otherwise perfect.

Long Weekend Golf Trip

We enjoyed this apartment while visiting Fripp for a golf tournament. The location was perfect. We had a great ocean view, plenty of space for our family and the grandparents. The golf cart was easily accessible and made cruising the island so much fun. The hosts and property manager made sure we enjoyed our stay and stayed I touch throughout our visit. We definitely will be back again!
