Our newly built home, with a fenced-in yard and patio, is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to the beaches via walking or biking paths (700 m). It’s perfect for a family vacation for five people.

First floor: entryway, half-bath with sink, south-facing living room and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the patio, fully equipped kitchen, and a garage where you can store your bikes out of the rain.
Upstairs: three bedrooms (two with 140x190 beds and one with a 90x190 bed), a bathroom (with tub/shower), and a separate toilet.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the following amenities are at your disposal: television, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea maker, toaster, sandwich toaster, raclette and stone grill, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, washing machine (in the garage), ironing board, steam iron, clothesline...
Sheets, duvet covers (sizes 200x220, 220x240, and 120x200), pillowcases, bath towels, and dish towels are not provided.

Located in the village of La Saline, between the town of Saint-Gildas de Rhuys (3 km) and the port of Le Crouesty (5 km). The location is ideal for exploring the peninsula by bike or on foot, whether along the Atlantic coast or the Gulf of Morbihan.
The sandy beaches of Les Govelins (home to the Rohu sailing school) and Kerver, perfect for swimming, are between 700 m and 900 m away on foot or by bike via country roads or quiet streets.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-out by 11:00 a.m., check-in after 2:00 p.m.
Pets are not allowed.

We live in this house regularly. Please leave it as clean upon your departure as you found it upon your arrival. An inspection will be conducted upon check-in and check-out.
