Cocoonr offers this 27 m² flat in Saint-Cyprien with direct access to the beach and a shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), the accommodation comprises:
- 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster and hob
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: toasted sandwich maker, washing machine, griddle, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A swimming pool (unheated), shared with residents, open from 1ᵉʳ June to 30 September. The pool is surrounded by a fence and hedge. Entry is between 10am and 7pm, via a gate (locked outside opening hours). Wristbands must be worn.
- A 6 m² balcony facing west, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops during the summer and school periods, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Walks: enjoy the beach, the marina, the promenade, the port, the Prade garden, the Jardin des Plantes, as well as the markets of Saint-Cyprien-Plage and the surrounding area.
- Visits: discover the region's must-see villages and sites, including Elne, Argelès-sur-Mer, le Racou, Collioure and Banyuls-sur-Mer, as well as Canet-en-Roussillon, Sainte-Marie-la-Mer, Port-Leucate, Port-la-Nouvelle, Céret and Perpignan.
- Hiking: take to the coastal paths or explore the hinterland and surrounding mountains.
- Sports activities: take advantage of the many facilities at the Grand Stade Les Capellans.
- Water sports: sailing, paddling, kayaking, jet-skiing and many other water sports await you.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (free parking).

- Perpignan station and airport are about 40 minutes away by car.
- Le Perthus is about 35 minutes away by car.
- La Jonquera is about 40 minutes away by car.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

- Pets are allowed, subject to a surcharge of €15 per stay, limited to one pet (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking
- A flat-rate surcharge of €20 will apply for any arrival or departure on a Sunday
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
- Children swimming are the sole responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are not binding and subject to favourable weather conditions
- Electric charging points are available free of charge.
