Fully renovated terraced house located 200 meters from the beach in a small coastal town. Rental classified 2 *.
Ground floor with hall / living room and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, fridge ...).
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 in one and 2 beds 90x200 in the other) and bathroom with walk-in shower.
Small courtyard facing south.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Luc war sehr nett und wir konnten, neben dem Privatweg zum Strand auch seine Garage nutzen so dass unser Auto gut untergekommen ist. Wir würden nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Trés bon séjour!

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par le proprietaire avec une bouteille de cidre et des biscuits. La maison est propre, moderne et la cuisine dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. Pour quatre adultes, c'est peut-être un peu juste, mais c'est quand même tout à fait faisable. L'emplacement avec un accès privé à la plage (3 minutes à pied), la boulangerie juste en face et un petit supermarché à 10 minutes à pied, est très bien. On peut garer sa voiture dans la rue ou sur un parking privé situé un peu derrière la maison. Des chaises plus confortables sur la terrasse auraient encore amélioré l'ensemble. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine et recommandons sans hésiter cette maison !

Perfekte Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat einen tollen Charme. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist spitze! Nur wenige Meter zum Meer, zu Restaurants, Bäckerei direkt gegenüber und auch Metzger, Markt und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Luc hat uns sehr nett empfangen und der Kontakt war sehr gut. Kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Great location and property

Luc was a lovely host. Great communication. The house was ideally positioned for the beach with its own private gate and parking. Easy to explore Normandy and the museums. Local bike hire was good to access the many good cycle paths in the area. The bakery opposite was lovely with baguettes croissants and very good quiche. We enjoyed our stay very much.

D-Day beaches

Stayed to view the historical sites. Location was excellent for this. Property was well equipped and Luc was very good to deal with. Only real issue is the lack of parking. It's a beach town so finding a spot is rather difficult.

Charming Cottage

My daughter and I were visiting the Normandy area to see all the WWII areas and this was a perfect base for that! We were there in early May so it wasn’t beach weather but there is direct beach access and we did go explore. Luc was a great host who met us at the door, got us a parking spot, and showed us around the cottage. I just regret that we didn’t book for a longer stay.

A perfect stay

We had such a great stay at Luc’s lovely cottage. Location was perfect and the cottage was very well equipped and clean. We all had such good sleep on really comfy beds. We would happily stay again and recommend to others as a great place to stay. St Aubin Sur Mer is a lovely seaside town perfectly located for exploring the WW2 historical sites.

Visiting Normandy Beaches

Accommodations were wonderful. Very close to the sea. Less than a 5 minute walk. Perfect location to visit all the beaches. Across the road from the Pastry shop - wonderful.

Week at St Aubin

Very well appointed property, beautifully clean and well equipped. Good central position and good boulangerie opposite. The only draw back was the toilet being downstairs off the kitchen. There was a very good bathroom upstairs, but no toilet. Thank you, Luc, for a very enjoyable stay. Diana

Rundum gelungene zwei Wochen

Tolle Lage. Ruhig, strandnah und zentral, mit Stellplatz hinterm Haus. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Man spürt es an den Details, dass sich die Gäste hier willkommen und wohlfühlen sollen. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Wonderful Family Trip

My family of 4 (we have 2 teens) stayed 3 nights in this beautiful home and loved it. The owner was so nice! He greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home. We loved the historic charm! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to park in the back in a private garage area. We loved the private path that led directly to the beach. In the mornings we walked across the street to grab fresh pastries from the bakery. At night we slept with the windows opened and the street was SO quiet. We walked to several very good restaurants on the beach. It was close to proximity to all the landing beaches and the American cemetery. (We took a 9 hour private tour while we were there.) I would definitely recommend this property!

Lovely seaside house, we were sad to leave!!

Luc-Francoise was wonderful & communicative as our host, we had a sublime few days in St. Aubin-sur-Mer. Having the boulangerie/patisserie across the street - above and beyond!! We would return from there back to the front porch for breakfast and vacation reading. Only one toilet to share among the four of us, but that’s not a big deal. Short walk to the beach. Water still a bit chilly for swimming in mid-June, fyi (but the kids went in). The house is perfect, quiet street, wish we could have stayed longer. Merci pour tout, Luc-Francoise!!!

Ideal for 3 beaches

Lovely little cottage just set back from Juno Beach. Ideal location to cover the areas from Pegasus to Arromanches and Bayeux. Luc was very welcoming. Highly recommend.
