Upon walking through the front door, the immediate focus is a massive wall of floor-to-ceiling glass framing panoramic views of the lake beneath vaulted timber-frame ceilings. The open main floor allows guests to gather comfortably without feeling crowded. A fully equipped chef's kitchen sits directly adjacent to the primary living area, featuring high-end appliances, generous counter space, and an open layout that keeps whoever is on dinner duty connected to the group. Step out onto the expansive upper deck right off the great room for a front-row seat to the water. Down the main hallway sit two private retreats: a guest bedroom featuring a Queen-size bed with its own attached full bath, and a primary master suite complete with a King-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private master ensuite.



The lower level opens into a spacious entertainment hub designed around a full-size pool table, a second fully equipped kitchen, and a custom built-in wraparound booth that easily accommodates the entire group for shared meals or card games. Glass doors lead directly out to the lower covered deck and lawn leading down to the water. Downstairs sleeping quarters include a third private Queen suite with its own attached bathroom, along with a dedicated bunk room configured with four Queen-size beds. To keep morning routines running smoothly before heading out on the water, the bunk room is served by an adjacent multi-fixture bathroom featuring dual saloon-style private stalls.



Down at the shoreline, the private dock provides deep-water frontage equipped with one boat lift and two jet ski lifts, making it simple to launch gear and park watercraft directly at the home. For additional summer accommodations, a private studio apartment above the detached garage offers a King-size bed, a Twin-size bed, a fully appointed kitchen, a full bathroom, and a dedicated Wi-Fi network. *Please note: the carriage house studio is available exclusively for summer bookings, as the structure is winterized during off-peak months.*



Located exactly 5 miles (9 minute drive) from the heart of downtown Sandpoint, this home is close to everything, but far enough out to feel the total privacy. There are many restaurants in Sandpoint, with some of them being right on the water so you're able to boat right to them!  If you're looking to stay on the water AND be close to everything Sandpoint has to offer, book this home for your next trip to North Idaho!



**NOTE:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
