  • Located in a quiet, friendly community within walking distance of Garfield Bay, this newer home provides the ultimate relaxation spot! Garfield Bay is peaceful and scenic in winter, offering incredible services year-round. If you're looking for an adventure, Silverwood Theme Park is only about 33 miles away and offers more than 65 rides and a water park, giving you a multitude of things to do while you're there! Garfield Bay Boat launch and park is just a block away. Need Groceries? There is a small local grocery store Odie's Bayside Grocery 1/2 mile away.

    You can enjoy barbecuing on the deck on warm evenings with beautiful views of the lake and the sound of the creek nearby. There is a propane firepit table perfect for making s'mores for dessert or sitting around it singing and strumming a guitar with family and friends. If you feel more adventurous, you can easily access the boat launch, swimming, skiing, and tubing. Fortunately, if you're not in the mood to cook, there's a nearby restaurant. However, if you want to show off your culinary skills, this adorable home has a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials for preparing memorable meals for the gang. Inside, an excellent open floor plan will be waiting for you. The sunny living area features cathedral ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable sofas, and a TV.

    The home's first floor offers a welcoming common space with a sofa and a washer/dryer. The main living area is on the second floor, along with the main bedroom with an en suite full bathroom with a standalone shower and double vanity. The loft area on the third level offers a secluded sleeping area with a large bed.

Great bayside retreat

Clean, nicely furnished, spacious home in a great location. Great scenery of the lake from the deck and within walking distance to the beach. Stayed here two nights with a large, young family. There were toys for the kids to play with and they loved seeing the Turkeys and other wildlife that abound in area, and swimming in the lake.

Excellent property

Are great location in Garfield Bay, very clean and will equipped, nice appliances, living room, and great patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the comfort of the house. We suggest adding a Keurig style coffee maker. We would definitely stay there again.

Four-Day Weekend

This house is well equipped, we loved it. The kids took over downstairs and the adults stayed on the 1st floor. The deck is awesome, bonus points!

What an amazing property. We felt so blessed being able to stay there. Most of our time on the patio watching the humming birds. Rate humming bird with an orange head. What a little punk he’d never let any other humming bird get a drink and would dive bomb them as they tried 😂. The view was incredible. The property is well appointed with everything needed! Clean, well decorated. We will be back!

Good vacation spot.

The house was nice, it has four rooms plus a loft upstairs. The kitchen is nice. Has games and DVD player with a lot of movies to choose from. Has toys for little kiddos. Also has a tube for motorized water fun and paddle boards. Heaters and AC worked. Really close to the public beach (5 min walk). The beach has rocks so make sure to grab shoes that would accommodate that. Also if you plan to use the grill or the fire pit make sure to bring your own gas because it is not provided.

Quiet, beautiful rooms, comfortable bed

Great home with all the amenities you need. Want to get a way to a place where you can enjoy your family time, this is it. Plenty of bathrooms and beds that are clean and well appointed. Awesome view of the lake and easy access to take a jump in.
