"Everything... even the vents on the AC were immaculate. I normally have sinus issues... not there... I did my normal nostril rinse, clear... slept great. It is near a hospital so you hear sirens, but they are not horribly loud. All in all terrific place to stay, will totally stay again."

"While the receptionist was nice the room itself was for lack of a better term, awful. None of the outlets worked and it was clear based on the fact that there was a power box behind the mini fridge that it was a known problem. We needed to fix our toilet so it would not keep running, the knob on the Jacuzzi was broken off and unusable, and the drain in the shower/bathtub needed to be constantly flipped up and back down to drain any water. That being said, parking was good."

"Room was clean, spacious and refreshed during our two day stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed having plates, silverware, glasses and coffee cups. A nice touch. (Disposable available if you preferred.) A variety of food both mornings. Used the exercise room and it worked well for me. Motel was located very close to the Metra for an easy walk to the event I attended."

"The room was clean and roomy. Check in was not good, but the gentleman at the front desk wasn't at fault- he was new and our reservation was not right or something so he had to shuffle things around, but he got us taken care of in about 45 minutes. No coffee on property so had to dress and go to restaurant in the morning. It said mini fridge- there wasn't- said complimentary breakfast in casino- for an additional fee(?)- but casino and restaurant were closed!!! Saturday night people were outside...

"The shower in our room did not work, couldn't get the water off of extreme hot or extreme cold..no in between. The tiptoe seat was loose. We Went to breakfast before 9 and barely any food was in there and what they was was cold, the room was filthy, no lids for coffee cups. Gross. The staff did get more food after my husband talked to them, and they seemed to care about the issues in our room."

"Our bed didn't seem as though it was changed? The sheets were all rumpled and there was a long dark hair in the bed when I pulled the cover back - there was also a mark on the outer cover as though something had been spilled. Bathroom was clean, shower a bit temperamental and air con noisy. Good breakfast and convenient location but disappointed in the stay."

"They shut the water off in the morning at 10:30 and announced to all the rooms it will come in 11/2 hours. We waited to take a shower and the water did not come for 21/2 hours. It was most frustrating because the staff told us it was prescheduled and no one told us about that when we checked in. We left without a shower, to our room in yellow stone. If we had know when the water would be shut off, we could have taken a shower earlier and left. Or if they kept their word that it would only take...
