    PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING

    Our home is in a quiet neighborhood. Please share these rules with your group as booking acknowledges the rules of the property.

    • Guests: List all overnight guests on your reservation. Only registered guests are allowed to use the property. Day visitors require written approval; a $400 fee applies if approved.

    • Quiet hours: 8:30 pm–8 am. Keep voices and music low. Property is monitored by noise decible and smoke monitors, and exterior street facing cameras.

    • Parking: Maximum three vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is permitted from the basketball net to the light pole. Any other overflow street parking to park on Sycamore.

    • Pets: Prior approval required; maximum two dogs, $50 per dog per stay. Keep pets off furniture and never leave them unattended. Bag waste and place it in the outdoor garbage can.

    • Wellness amenities: No pets in and no glass in or around the hot tub, cold plunge, or sauna. Shower before use, follow posted instructions, and supervise children closely. Do not use while impaired or hot tub/sauna). Turn off the sauna and close spa covers after use. Use with caution and under clinician guidance prior to using hot tub or sauna while pregnant

    • Fire table: Never leave it unattended. Do not add wood or other materials. Turn off the propane at the tank after use.

    • No smoking, drugs, candles, or hair dye.

Què li ha agradat: Neteja, entrada, ubicació, precisió de l’anunci
Reason for GOOD vs EXCELLENT was because of frustration over adding another day to our stay. Initially 3 nights were reserved and about six weeks prior, I attempted to add one more night to the reservation. It was obviously available per the VRBO website and per the host. Over the next four days, I would reach out several times to the host about adding the extra day. She messaged back she understood my frustration over the delay but she was waiting for “the team” to add the extra day or she reached out again to “the team” and it was “red-flagged”… I finally gave up because we had to have a plan in place. On the last day of our stay, I told the host we appreciated the accommodations but unfortunately our overall satisfaction was dampened by the reservation fiasco of not being able to add the extra day. Her response was that she had a birthday party for her son and “it wasn’t available”?!The house was amazing. Our family of 11 had lots of space, the game room was popular as was the hot tub. We appreciated having our dog with us and use of the washer/dryer. We were very comfortable and had a fun time.
