  • Can Colis is a fabulous well-maintained estate with a large private pool, located in the north of Mallorca, just a few kilometers from one of the island's most beautiful beaches, the kilometers-long white sand beach of Puerto de Alcudia.



    The exterior of the property has a lot of charm and many possibilities for relaxation thanks to its spaciousness: such as eating outdoors on an extensive porch around the house with a large table with chairs, sofas to rest, a large 12m x 6m pool surrounded by 8 sun loungers to swim and sunbathe, as well as an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. The upper floor also has a large covered terrace with spectacular views of the property and the landscape.



    The majestic house has two floors, built and decorated in a typical Mallorcan style with the best materials. On the ground floor are the large kitchen, dining room and living room in the same space, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, the other with two single beds. In addition, there is another separate bathroom with a bathtub. The upper floor consists of three double bedrooms with air conditioning with en-suite bathrooms with shower.



    Additionally, there is a small house next to the pool with a second kitchen that provides greater convenience for enjoying barbecue and other meals closer to the pool.

    They have both pool towels and bath towels for all guests.



    Ultimately, this property is a true privilege, both for its incredible facilities and its good location, in a very quiet area on the outskirts of the typical small Mallorcan town of Sa Pobla, and very close to the beach. On Sundays, the largest farmers market in Mallorca takes place here, with vegetables and fruits from the region.

We had an amazing stay at this villa, beautiful property with amazing grounds!

Looks just like the photos and honestly couldn't fault it for what we were after. Pool was great to have but there were many places to sit and enjoy the villaeven the scenery. Tiko the donkey at the bottom of the garden was a highlight! The villa is located about a 20min walk to the edge of Sa Pobla via the quieter back road which is the correct side of town from thw train to palma, which was a bonus. 5min drive from lidl. Can use the Mallorcab app to get a taxi easily. we used it for Can picafort (~€20 each way way) port de pollenca (~€30 each way) Would love to return all 10 of us had an amazing stay

Eine sehr schön angelegte Finca, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und gut durchdacht ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich bietet eine tolle Poolanlage und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, um windgeschützt essen zu können. Die Outdoorküche im Innenhof hat sogar einen Kamin und einen klassischen Pizzaofen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde ein Problem mit warmen Wasser innerhalb weniger Stunden durch die Eigentümer gelöst. Als absolute Überraschung für uns wurde eine Tischtennisplatte geliefert, die natürlich prompt eingeweiht wurde. An der ein oder anderen Stelle wären kleine Reparaturarbeiten nötig (Lampen, Fliegengitter) Es wäre sehr interessant zu erfahren, wie die Geschichte des Hauses ist. Vielleicht gibt es Bilder, wie es sich mit den Jahren entwickelt hat.

Wir erlebten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Hammer-Finca. Grosser Pool mit tollem Poolhaus. Absolut zu empfehlen. Einziger Makel war dass die 2 Einzelbetter nur für Kinder gut sind. Für Erwachsene zu klein. Sonst wirklich top!!!
