Room always clean. Breakfast was great. Air conditioning was nice and cold for my liking. And finally staff. I'd like to let the manager know that Ms. Alexia was very, very helpful. Was very, very kind. Treated me like I was at her own home. Thank you Ms. Alexia I'm the one that changed from the Sheridan property to yours and you were very helpful and nice to me. You made my day. Unfortunately I had to give the hotel a 4 out of 5 stars because I'm disable and I had to use the stairs 5 floors up because elevators were not working. My body didn't like that, but Ms. Alexia you're the BESTEST!!! Give her a raise $$$
