Inspired by the sandy beach and turquoise water, Sunryes Beach House is a humble family holiday home with a rustic coastal vibe that is both relaxing and functional. Situated in the heart of Rye Carnival precinct, Sunryes is short stroll away from all fine dining, exhilarating entertainment and pristine Rye beach. World class wineries, golf courses, hot springs and national parks are just a short drive away.

Location: Situated in the heart of Rye Carnival Precinct, Sunryes Beach House provides the most convenient and relaxing base for exploring the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

Bed Configurations: This air-conditioned holiday home features three sleeping areas with all linen provided free of charge. Port-a-cot and highchair can be arranged free of charge.
Sleeping area 1: Queen Bedroom sleeps 2;
Sleeping area 2: 1st Bunk Bedroom with 1 single and 1 double sleep 3
Sleeping area 3: 2nd Bunk bedroom with 2 singles and 2 doubles sleep 6.

Kitchen: The family kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, oven and microwave, as well as espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, utensils and crockery. Tea, coffee, cooking essentials are all supplied free of charge.

Bathrooms & Toilets Configurations: 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and a toilet. There is a 3rd toilet near the Outdoor Entertainment area. All towels and toiletries are provided free of charge. Guest needs to bring own toothbrush and comb for hygiene reason.

Entertainment: Sunryes Beach House provide unlimited internet service to our guests free of charge. For those cold rainy night, you can be entertained by board games, a big Flat Screen TV and a DVD Player located in the Family Room and a 40" Flat Screen TV in the front lounge room. The huge back yard is fully fenced and well maintained. A game of football or just sunbath on manicured lawn are all within your imagination. Outdoor BBQ area surrounded by lush tropical plants, relaxing hammock and fish pond provides a very homely feel and will give you and your family/friends loads of fun in the warmer months.

Laundry: Washing machine is located in the 2nd bathroom. Laundry powder, iron & iron board are provided free of charge.

Parking: Sunryes Beach House has ample space for your cars, boat or jet ski on onsite.

Surrounding activities: Less than 2 min walk to sandy Rye foreshore; 8 min drive away to the famous Peninsula Hot Spring; 12 min drive to Sorrento town centre; 17 min drive to Point Nepean National Park Portsea; 7 min drive to The Cups Estate winery.

In the pic look nice but not ..the only good things was close to the beach and shop

Dirty oven and the kitchen in general ...no many drinking glasses and wine..outdoor very danger bicks from the the outside loose... my mum nearly fall down..lthe outsidd table

A great stay

Booking was seemless. Great communication, check in was easy. The inside of the property is very clean. Plenty of room for everyone. The location is awesome! Great price but reflected the age of the property. Negatives were the larger room that was used for kids cos it has hunks has a curtain separating the living room, we had an infant too when they cried at night it woke everyone up. Would be better if there was a door or wall. The fire alarm also had a flat battery and kept beeping so we had to remove it and place it outside - not only annoying but also not safe! The check out process asks us to clean and remove our rubbish… but a cleaning fee is charged! Maybe review the fee or the process? Overall, really like the place and would recommend.

Warm and Comfortable Holiday Experience

We found the home to be at a very good location as it was in the center of many shops and restaurants, which allowed us to take daily walks and enjoy the view and atmosphere of the beach. And the hosts have made sure to keep our experience enjoyable and kept constant communication! Lovely experience!

it was a fun trip away with friends

this house was a great location from the main street and beach, it enabled us to walk everywhere and not use fuel. we really enjoyed the accomodation aswell it was great!
