With all the modern amenities, our contemporary accommodation will allow you to relax and unwind, whilst being only a few minutes walk to 7 miles of sand and sea. If you are looking for fun, the Holiday Park boasts facilities such as Swimming Pools, Restaurant, Go-Karts, Mini Golf, Soft Play and plenty of evening entertainment for all the family.
Spacious 3-bedroom caravan conveniently located near entertainment amenities. Well-appointed kitchen with full-size fridge freezer and washing machine. Accommodation comprises a master double bedroom and 2 twin rooms, comfortably sleeping 6 guests with an extra 2 on the sofa-bed in the lounge. Enjoy an airy open-plan layout with ample seating and dining space. Family bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. Parking available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Ideal for families with young children seeking proximity to play areas and facilities.
LOUNGE – Spacious living area with ample seating, good sized TV, lots of natural light.
KITCHEN – Fully Equipped with everything you may need, lots of cupboard and worktop space. Full size fridge freezer and washing machine.

All bookings include linen and towels dressed onto the beds plus a cleaning pack.
PLEASE NOTE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY AND WOULD NEED TO BE PURCHASED EITHER IN ADVANCE OR UPON ARRIVAL. YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.

*Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Parkdean Resorts Office upon arrival, we aren't able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book.
*The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ's, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).
*Camber Getaways are a local agent who look after privately owned properties for their owners. You will be sent checking in and property details 48 hours prior to your arrival via email, so please ensure you check your messages and emails.
If you have any questions, likely to arrive after office hours or the lead booker will not be present then please get in contact.
Internet access (Wifi) is available on site from Wifinity starting at £3.99
Lead booker must be at least 25 years old.
