The accommodation is conveniently situated close to the heart of town and once we had parked our car it was easy to walk to the restaurants and shops. "Completely unplug at this GORGEOUS mountainside Inn. Close enough to a few dining and shopping options so that you're not completely removed if you choose not to be. House is very old and only drawback (which is original to the house and should not be changed!) is the bar/latch style door handles. The Violet Room has its private bathroom across the hall landing, but if you get up in the night as we do, you do make a lot of noise rattling those handles!
