The staff demonstrated a bad attitude and were unprofessional. We checked in at 3 am, and they assured us we could check out at noon, claiming they had notes to accommodate a late departure. However, the morning shift staff rushed us out prematurely and treated us poorly.

Raymond at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, thoughtful and kind. The lobby area was lovely. Room was stuffy/dingy and a little disappointing. Breakfast was also disappointing. The location is great though- right on the green line which was very helpful/convenient.
