"Je recommande cette résidence pour les raisons principales suivantes : personnel accueillant, emplacement au pied de la cité, parking fermé sous l'accueil (en option) donc sécurisé et à l'ombre, espace commun entre les bâtiments très agréables avec de la verdure et des tables, une double porte dans la chambre qui permet de s'isoler du bruit éventuel dans le couloir, le fait que la chambre soit spacieuse (avec kitchenette et table)."

"Séjour pris en urgence suite à soucis dans une précédente location, la responsable a été très compréhensive pour notre arrivée et particulièrement attentionnée. La résidence est placée au milieu des vignes parfait pour se détendre et se déconnecter. Piscine très agréable. Nous reviendrons."

"Our family group of 15 from Ireland spent 5 days at this beautiful bastide in July 2025. The facilities are excellent for a large group, with three fridges and two dishwashers and bbq. The accomodation was spotlessly clean and plenty of hot water in each bathroom. The pool was perfect, and again very clean and not over chlorinated. Parking space in the outer building was very good in the hot weather. The location is lovely and peaceful and very private. We would highly recommended this property...

"Maison très bien équipée et spacieuse. Nous étions 6 et la maison était parfaite pour que chacun ait de l’espace. Jardin spacieux. Les deux piscines étaient pratique mais un petit manque d’entretien. Le personnel était accueillant. Seul le créneau d’accueil n’est peut être pas assez long car beaucoup d’arrivées en même temps. "

"La maison est belle, grande et bien équipée, tout à fait adaptée à un grand groupe comme le nôtre. L'extérieur est très bien, mention spéciale pour le "coin piscine" qui est particulièrement agréable ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et les relations avec l'hôte et la personne qui nous a accueilli ont été très fluides. "

"Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Duidelijke informatie over beleid COVID-19, huisregels en alle bijkomende zaken. Het huisje was zeer schoon en de inventaris compleet. Informatie over de regio ontvangen in een map omdat dit niet in rekken aangeboden mocht worden. Aanvullende informatie die we vroegen werd graag gegeven. Voor ons een regelrechte aanrader."

"A lovely, cosy little oasis hidden in the back streets of the town, but just a 5 min walk to the heart of Bastide Saint Louis, and only 20 mins walk to the medieval Cite. Rooms nicely decorated, apartment very clean and well kept, kitchen well supplied, and with an excellent shower! Two supermarkets within 5 mins walk too, which we found very helpful. Recommended."

"Beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped spacious apartment in a perfect location between the Cité and Bastide — cafés and restaurants just steps away. Yes, it’s a little dark and one bedroom faces the street, which does mean you can hear some traffic noise, but those are small trade‑offs for the charm, comfort, free parking, and very friendly host. "

"As other guest say the balcony is wonderful, and really enhances the space, which is quite tranquil. But also the location is very special. 10 minutes walk from the railway station, and six days a week within 5 Minutes walk from old town restaurants and shops. It is in a residential street to expect normal noise from other residents. Overall excellent. "

"Gite was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. Lovely area around the property with Canal Du Midi just a few steps from the house. The Olive Tree overlooks garden so is very peaceful and quiet. Swimming pool was superb and the owners took great care keeping it clean and inviting. I would not hesitate in recommending this gite."

"Amazing house with great hospitality from Stéphane. Fantastic location for relaxing, big family gathering but also activities like running, cycling, sightseeing and shopping. We enjoyed every bit of it. It’s a luxury hotel experience! "

"Great welcome from Sandra and Fred who gave us access to property 2.5 hours before check in time. They were friendly , helpful and generous throughout our stay. (Do try The food especially Fred’s signature apple cake.) Apartment comfortable and great for a few days rest half way through out our around France. The 48 steps to the flat plus 18 to the bedrooms will keep you fit! Enjoyed Carcassone and La Cite. A great stay!"
