Our home is in a Central location in the North Shore of PEI, 25 minutes to Charlottetown, Minutes to North Rustico Habour with a great selections of restaurants. Roughly a 10 minute drive away is Cavendish with many family attractions including Anne of green gables, Shining waters water park, Sandspit amusement park, haunted house, and laser tag just to name a few! Or stay right at home with our heated in-ground salt water pool and water slide!

Our home features many bedrooms and is ideal for multiple families, the space over the garage has two rooms that could host one larger family, a separate bedroom with a Queen bed and another larger space with a king and double bed, this space also has its own bathroom and Smart TV. The wing of this house is connected VIA the fully equipped laundry room with double closing doors.

The other three bedrooms on the upstairs level - King, Queen, King could host another family or two and these rooms all have access to the master bathroom that has two entrances.

The two downstairs bedrooms could host another family and also has access to a separate full bathroom with toilet and tub/shower combo.

The outside of our property has almost 3 acres of groomed grass, great for flying a kite, or having soccer/baseball game. Not to mention the swing set, fire pit with 8 Muskoka chairs and pool! You will never run out of things to do. Barachois Beach a hidden gem on the island is a short car ride or walk to the end of the road, then a walk through sand dunes (don’t forget your camera!) an ideal place to bring a book, some sand toys and do some shell hunting!
