"Ao chegar, mesmo antes da hora, me foi oferecido um quarto que já estava pronto e superior ao que tinha reservado. Ou seja, me deram um upgrade de quarto e um checkin antecipado. O quarto era muito confortável, com cama grande, minibar, chaleira elétrica. Banheiro com chuveiro com água boa e quente. Café da manhã com variedades. Staff muito atencioso. Próximo a vários pontos turísticos. Ao lado de um Carrefour enorme. Fica uma ressalva, pois o quarto não possuía um isolamento acústico muito bom...

The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. "

"We stayed at Citadines for 3 nights…and we found it ot be great value... it’s a bit difficult to find as it is in an alley next to the Marriott Courtyard, however, the apart-hotel is nice, new, clean, fantastic location, the room was spacious but the bathroom was small…staff could be friendlier. Wifi wasn’t good enough, so this would be the only complain, apparently not many rooms have good wifi."

"We stood for three nights. Very nice hotel, clean, with modern furniture. Irakli wrote to us when we could drive up, and the room was ready by our arrival. He ordered us a taxi back to the airport late at night. Close to the old town (20-25 minutes on foot), shops, restaurants and a hop on hop off bus. Two Georgian women cooked delicious breakfasts, thanks to them. One wish: put a larger coffee maker, because when guests are crowded in the breakfast room, there is a little competition for a cup...

"Fantastic hotel, in the heart of the city. Very clean facilities and convenient to public transportation. The best part of the stay was the staff, specially Maka and the security night guards. They try everything possible to make the stay memorable, and they accomplish it. I liked it so much that I had to return a week later"

"It is close to the city centre (if you like walking), the view and breakfast are incredibly beautiful. the staff were extremely hospitable and very interested. the room was designed to meet all my needs. I did not need anything extra. Tbilisi is a beautiful city. When I come here again, my preference will be this hotel again."

"A professionally run hotel. Though it faces a noisy street ( the back side is much more quiet ) it is only a short walk to a lovely pedestrian friendly neighborhood. The staff was exceedingly attentive and helpful. Would stay here again. "

"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my whole life! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. We checked into this hotel right after we drove from Stepantsminda, and we were tired and hungry. The staff offered us breakfast and champagne and we were so grateful for that. Breakfast is spectacular, with the beautiful piano playing live. The location is perfect. There is an underground bridge nearby that leads you to where the good restaurants are. I really cannot say...
