The hotel was fabulous could not fault , near to everything , the welcome we received from Etienne was amazing from checking in to vacating and helping out with train suggestions and printing out tickets was incredible, ..."

"Vi kom sent och kontaktade boendet innan för information om det. De skulle lägga nyckel i ett nyckelsäkerhetsskåp men ingen nyckel fanns där när vi kom. Dagen efter när vi skulle checka in enligt rutiner möttes vi av en lapp att receptionen var stängd hela dagen. Wifi fungerade inte. Det n i sällskapet ..."
