Individual thermostats inside the rooms do nothing but run the fans. You CANNOT control room temperature. There is one central pipe for the whole building. ..."

"Fine place and ok location (not that close to u-bahn). Biggest is issue was plumbing - shower backed up after we got the room so we had to pack up and move rooms. New room had low water pressure and very difficult to adjust temp. Place seems rundown and in need of upgrades."
