"The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. After waking up at 4am to catch an early flight, we were thrilled when they had a room ready for us for early check-in. Hyatt does a great job with room lay-outs. It was obvious that our room was recently renovated with a modern conveniences like motorized shades, a comfy window seat, hidden bar and Nespresso maker, and clean decor. Our friends were staying around the corner at the Ritz and liked our room better. "

"I recently stayed at The Villa in the Euro Room, and it was such a lovely experience. The mansion was incredibly clean and beautifully styled, with so many charming details to admire. I loved the vibe and the thoughtful touches, like the food available...our panini was delicious! We also enjoyed a show at The Vic and returned to unwind with some Italian wine. "The Viceroy in Chicago was one of my favorite hotels this year. The staff is beyond friendly and we were made to feel so welcome from check-in and throughout our trip. The rooftop bar has an incredible view of the city and is a great place to grab drinks and lite bites. The bar downstairs in the lobby is great for people watching and is also yummy. You cannot beat the location. Super close to the best shopping and some fun bars and restaurants. I cannot wait to visit Chicago and stay here again....
