Located on the west coast of Istria, Rovinj is today one of the most developed tourist destinations in Croatia. Also known as one of the most picturesque and romantic cities in the Mediterranean, Rovinj has been attracting a large number of tourists for decades. You will be captivated by its 22 islands and islets, pleasant Mediterranean climate, carefully designed green areas, clean and tidy streets, kindness of the locals and numerous events.

This amazing villa is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in a beautiful rural area only 5 km away from Rovinj city center and beautiful Rovinj beaches, restaurants and shops.

Villa Sky has two floors. On the ground floor is apartments with 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is also a tavern with large dining table and fire place that has a direct exit to a pool area. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and large living area. It can accommodate up to 8 people. You rent whole villa for sole use. The villa is ideal for a large group of people who, in addition to socializing, also seek their privacy. In the common area for socializing, you also have an indoor stone fireplace for fresh spring evenings and a guitar, billiards and table tennis for leisure. In one bathroom the villa also offers a jacuzzi..

The outdoor area is surrounded by hedges so offers complete privacy. The main emphasis is on the pool, which has a heating function and is surrounded by sun loungers. By the pool is a summer kitchen with barbecue for preparation of traditional Istrian specialties. There is also a terrace with a dining table and on the balcony, another set to enjoy the beautiful view.

The Villa is much larger than pictures show and perhaps a floor plan would be useful to help describe layout as it is quite unusual with the living space upstairs and essentially a one bed apartment downstairs. Worth having this information if you are visiting with young kids as you will be quite far away from them (two floors) if you need to use all the rooms (although the other three rooms are all next to each other and on one floor). The hosts were so helpful and fixed any problems immediately. The pool is nice and clean. The air con is excellent. I would suggest given the house sleeps 8 that the kitchen needs more plates and glasses and cutlery as we struggled with this so I would recommend to the lovely owners that they invest in glassware and mugs etc especially if house is full! It’s a 10-15 min drive to Rovinj depending on traffic. The taxi situation is quite hit and miss so would recommend a car. Overall a wonderful house and perfect for large groups or families with lots of space and TVs and a pool table! We had a great time.

Sehr tolle Vermieter, die wirklich jede Frage beantworten und sich sehr um die Gäste bemühen. Wunderbare Villa, die alles hält, was sie verspricht. Wunderschöne, hochwertige Einrichtung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt.

We had a lovely holiday at this very spacious and comfortable villa. The pool was fabulous, the communication with hosts was clear and prompt. Nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything it was brought to us without delay. We highly recomend this place.
