"El hotel está bien en rasgos generales, pero el Director nos ga tratado fatal. Contratamos dos habitaciones por el mismo precio y una era con la ducha casi encima del vater, se anegaba todo, un desastre. Y se negó a cambiárnosla argumentando que habíamos contratado habitaciones malas, desde cuando un hotel considera que tiene habitaciones malas. Y además pagamos lo mismo por las dos habitaciones de 18 metros y claramente una de ellas no estaba a la altura. Además al tercer día nos dejó sin agua...

"Beautiful hotel with lovely views! Large and very comfortable beds and large rooms. Definitely the best hotel in Tana!! Breakfast was plentiful!!

The staff were really friendly, service great as the room only £25 for the night. It was just a place for us to sleep before we headed south the next day but will use it again when we head back to the capital for our flight home"

"The newer rooms are beautiful and clean, have tons of light and some great views of the city. The staff are Friendly and front desk speak English. Kitchen is nice because it’s Close to shopping at the Super U and can get groceries. Some really nice restaurants nearby as well."

"I have stayed at a lot of hotels. But this property was the most accommodating out of any country I’ve stayed. The owner was so helpful with giving me transportation on the drop of a dime. I was solo traveling. He was able to pick me up from the airport and even told ME when I had a flight cancellation/delay/etc. now for the property itself, mme vola is the sweetest woman ever. She will help out with your laundry, she cooks you breakfast every morning and asks you what you prefer to eat, she...

"The style of the hotel is very nice. I really like the art/decorations in the hallways. Everyone is very helpful & pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay. My only recommendation is that the restaurant staff hover a bit much, but are very nice & trying to be helpful "
