"The service was excellent. One day they forgot to clean out room but the reaccions of the team was very good and professional. The only bad thing was the noise from the street. I think that there was a building close by in construction. "

"What a great place - even with the renovation! The staff were outstanding. Whether checking in, heading out, helping with something or in the Celon, the staff could not have been more impressive. We are definitely coming back!"

"Very friendly staff from check-in to check-out. The hotel is beautifully appointed and cozy with a sophisticated vibe. The breakfast food options are very good with the exception of the coffee which tasted terrible. I liked the tasteful decorations in the rooms and the bathrooms were very nice with plush towels. "My fiancée and I loved this place. We are very picky about hotels and can’t say a single bad thing about our experience here. 100% will be staying here again next NY trip!"

"Love everything about this hotel. Rooms to amenities! Staff is amazing as well."

"Loved the heated floor in the bathroom!!! And nice sized room for New York! Many hotels in the area are very small rooms, but this is a bit more spacious. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful staff. Great location for the theater district!"

"Professional and friendly staff. Hotel is conveniently located - close to time square and Bryant park. Restaurant was a great option after a long day."

"Our first time at this location. Celebrated my son’s birthday. A few cupcakes were delivered to our room as a celebration gesture from the hotel. Staff is professional and experienced with their tasks. Definitely plan on staying here again."

"Best value I could find in the neighborhood. The woman at the front desk when I checked in was a disaster, but the manager, Brendan, stepped in and saved the day."

"Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the lounge by the lobby!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at this property and plan to return for a multi-night stay before year's end. The entire staff (particularly Wallace at the check in counter) was exceptional in their engagement, their helpfulness, and their personable demeanors. Our room was great with one of the best showers we've experienced in many trips to NYC (pressure is everything). Location and proximity to Times Square and subway access was perfect. We only have ONE complaint, and to be clear we...
