Welcome to this lovely flat in a former town house in the heart of Rouen.

On the ground floor overlooking the courtyard, Le Rafael offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in Rouen, including an entrance hall with coat rack, a bathroom, a pleasant living room with open-plan kitchen and a bedroom with dressing room and study.

In the entrance hall, you'll find a storage unit with cleaning products, ironing facilities (ironing board and iron), a clothes line and a bathroom with WC and vanity unit.

The living room has a sofa bed, coffee table, connected TV with stand, dining table with 4 chairs and WIFI.

In the open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need for cooking, plus an oven, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster and tumble dryer.

The living room leads to the bedroom, which has a double bed (140*200), a desk and a dressing room.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

Arrivals are physical via the Maître des Clefs and take place from 4pm. Departures must be no later than 11.00am.

In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
