The living area features a lounge and dining area with sofa, TV, dining table and coffee table.
The kitchen opens onto the living area and is fully fitted and equipped. You'll enjoy hotplates, a large Smeg fridge with freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils to prepare your meals.
The bedroom is independent, with a large Emma double bed (180x200) and storage space. The shower room is attached to the bedroom, with all the comforts of an early-morning wake-up call, and is equipped with a washing machine. The WC is independent.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

TEOR :
TEOR lines T1, T2 and T3 cross rue Jeanne d'Arc. In particular, they stop at Gare-Rue Verte station, located at the top of rue Jeanne d'Arc near the SNCF train station, and Théâtre des Arts, further down the street, near the historic center.
Metro :
Gare-Rue Verte metro station is on rue Jeanne d'Arc, near Rouen's SNCF train station. The metro connects to more distant neighborhoods such as Saint-Sever to the south or Boulingrin to the north.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and that the apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may find access difficult.
Arrivals are via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and departures by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (10am to 9pm). In the apartment, all guests are provided with household linen, first-day essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. Follow all instructions, whether concerning opening hours or the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (250€ deducted from the security deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (50€ deducted from the security deposit), that pets are forbidden (50€ deducted from the security deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
