Entire house/unit (one of two separated by secure garages) is in the quiet Hillcrest Suburb (end of a cul-de-sac), ideal for two couples. (As the unit is in a quiet residential area, there is a noise restriction. Unreasonable noise after 10pm is not acceptable).

A comfortable queen bed in each room, along with electric blankets (colder seasons) and double-glazing provides a peaceful and enjoyable living environment all year round. The lounge area, with a smart flatscreen TV and free Wi-Fi, overlooks a fenced rear garden and yard.

A heat pump is located in the dining room / lounge area. A sunny conservatory leading off the dining room, is a space where you can relax or take yourself outside to sit in the garden. The bright and airy large kitchen is well-equipped for those who wish to cook. There is a separate shower, toilet, and bathroom (dated but clean). There is convenient off street parking for 2-3 vehicles and a single secure garage with internal access and automatic door, perfect for locking up Mountain Bikes. Essentials are included for you and your guests. All bedding, linen, and towels (bath and beach) are provided.
