Upgraded and updated Villa in Tranquil Neighborhood

We can’t guarantee the weather but do aim to make sure our guests have everything needed for a magnificent stay. Prior to purchasing our home, we had been visiting Rotonda West for about 5 years, then decided to buy in 2010. We love the stunning beaches and waterways, and it’s an excellent area for bicycle riding. From the fully appointed gourmet kitchen, to the splendid pool overlooking the Palms Golf Course, and amenities like pool chaises, beach gear, and bicycles, our home offers more than the average rental villa. This vacation villa is within 3 miles of 8 public golf courses and it’s 12 miles to Boca Grande beaches, restaurants and shopping; 8 miles to Manasota Key beaches, restaurants and shopping; 12 miles to the Charlotte Sports Park, home of the Charlotte Stone Crabs and spring training home of the Tampa Bay Rays; and so much more! We love the area and hope you will too!

We are in the beautiful and peaceful residential community of Rotonda West. There is sleeping accommodation for 6 people. A large lanai (screened enclosure) surrounds the (optionally seasonally heated) pool and outdoor seating area with ceiling fan. There are 4 chaise lounges for outside relaxing as well. The oak and palm tree grove was damaged by Ian, but is filling in nicely. It offers some privacy from golfers, but also provides wildlife to watch for entertainment (in addition to the entertaining golfers who stray off the fairway).

The home offers a 2 car garage, bicycles, some pool toys, gas grill, beach chairs and an umbrella, and cooler for your use. Just bring your swim trunks!

Internet access and cable TV are provided for guest use.

The nearest Airports are Punta Gorda (40 minutes), Sarasota & Fort Myers (about an hour), Tampa (1.5 hours’ drive), Orlando (2 - 2.5 hrs) & Miami (3.5 hours).

The perfect getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a wedding in Rotunda West Golf and Country Club. It was great to know we were just around the corner and didn't have to worry about staying at a hotel. The rate was reasonable and Todd was very responsive to my questions. The house was beautiful. The view of the golf course was nice and the trees out back gave it a private feeling.

Great for a family with young kids

The pool was fun for our kids. I loved that the doors to access the pool all had locks at the top so my young kids couldn’t get to the pool area on their own. Loved all the beach supplies- cooler, chairs, toys, umbrella etc. it made going to the beach so much easier. All the kitchen equipment we needed was available. Everything was great!

Beautiful Location for A Getaway

Best place for a getaway, everything was perfect, clean and spacious! Pool was perfect and the view as well. Home away from home.

As Todd said, everything we needed was provided. We had our grandchildren come for one week. We all enjoyed the well maintained pool.The Beach toys were a great addition when we took them to the nearby beach. Next time, I will leave some things at home! I overpacked. Todd was readily available to answer any questions we had. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay, this is it!

Great family get away

Fantastic property

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Beautiful property and absolutely lovely neighborhood. Our family and friends spent a week here and enjoyed every minute of it. Awesome place. Owners are wonderful

This is an awesome house, well stocked with everything you may need. It exceeded our expectations. For a change it was nicer than the pictures!!! Extremely clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed it totally. Even skipped going to the beach one day to stay and hang out around the pool.

Beautiful Lanai with Pool

This rental is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood with nearby golf and beaches. Todd is a very responsive host, and the result for us was a wonderful month-long stay.

"Pebble Beach" house

Perfect Escape!

This stay was amazing! My dad had recently passed away, so I drove down to Florida with my dog, and rented this house for my mom and I to have a break. It was awesome! Super clean and cute. The owners are awesome and were quick to respond with any questions. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. I enjoyed running my dog and meeting neighbors. There is nothing I wouldn't recommend about this place! The owners definitely know how to host!

After the year 2020, my wife and I needed this very much. Property had everything listed. Exceptionally cleaned. Neighbor hood was the quietest I have ever experienced. We would go beach in morning and enjoy pool in afternoon. Owner contacted me way before I went on vacation which was appreciated and answered all questions I had. Fantastic time. Thanks

The house was crystal clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with the basics and a little more for those like us who like to cook home made meals. The communication with the owner was fast and reliable. The pool was perfect and the patio furniture was exactly what we needed to relax.
