Golf lovers serene escape - Cozy 3 bed/2 bath, and close to the beach


Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee by the pool while basking in the warm Florida sun. If that doesn't sound good enough, the beach is only a 15 minute drive from your cozy getaway.
Working from home in the morning and play golf, bike or just watching the wildlife in the evening the house offers all these options.

The house harbors laminate flooring and tiles throughout, with all new modern furniture. Our 3 bedrooms with one king bed, one queen bed and one queen pull put sofa bed can easily accommodate an entire family. Our two baths means that there won't be any fighting over shower time. The property is equipped with 3 flat screen smart TVs. Our dining room table comfortably seats 6, and our kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The barbecue outside is perfect for grilling up vegetables, meats or even ribs. If you don't feel like cooking, there is an array of good restaurants around.

What is there to do?

Besides the obvious beach outing, there is plenty of golf to be played. Our home is surrounded by 5 golf courses and actually sits right next to the course. If golf isn't your thing, you can take a leisurely stroll around the friendly neighborhood and enjoy all the wildlife or just relax and observe it from the backyard. If the kids are itching for more entertainment, Disney World is an approximate 2 hour drive. Want to head over to the white sand beach of Clearwater? That's a little less than two hours as well. Rotonda West, is situated in the heart of it all with plenty to do.

At the end of the day, you can cozy up on our patio outside and wind down with a good book and a glass of wine or take a late night dip in the pool.

Very nice rental and wonderful host

Our week vacation here was wonderful. Host was attentive and kind. She made sure you did not need anything and made you feel like her priority, it was nice to know she cared about our experience. Property is very nice, clean, and stocked with all the necessities. Pool was a perfect place to relax. Rental is in a great location to many great food locations, evening music locations, and public beaches. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Would highly recommend this rental and this host.

Great Location for Golf and Trips to Boca Grande/Englwood Beaches

This house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Checking in was easy as we didn't get to the house until after 11:00pm. Communication was excellent between us, and Narcisa and she checked in on us occasionally. Pool was great. Location was fantastic as we were close to all the area golf courses. Walmart was just up the street. Would definitely stay here again

Great stay, property as advertised

The property was exactly as advertised. Location, furnishings, and the enclosed heated pool made for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Additionally, Narcissa is extremely thorough with a book and labels explaining how everything worked. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Awesome Stay in Rotonda

Wonderful home, very comfortable and plenty of room. Narcisa was very sweet and prompt in answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the pool and all the sitting area… including the lounges for the children. Also being able to listen to music while we swam…time on the Lanai. She has everything you need to have a great stay. Very convenient to the beaches and stores. My family really loves all her artwork in this home, which was all done by Narcisa and gave the home a personal touch.

Cozy Home

We enjoyed our stay in the vacation home. Narcisa was very prompt in taking care of all of our needs and concerns and also making sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our favorite part was probably enjoying the pool and although it is not updated, we found it clean and very enjoyable especially the wildlife that we were able to see from the pool. We were able to also finally see an alligator swimming and also one resting on our last full day. We enjoyed visits to Blind Pass Beach and Boca Grande the most. We came for rest and relaxation and to just enjoy the beach, pool, family time and just making memories. It was worth the stay. And, I may I say again that Narcisa is a very wonderful and kind host and absolutely enjoyed the interactions that we had with her. The wine is also a very much appreciated gesture. The beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed being able to hook up our music to the pool area and kitchen speakers. The lights also made for a nice evening swim. And, although the area was recently hit by the hurricane, we were still able to enjoy our stay. It also felt nice to still show some love to one of our favorite areas despite some recent devastation. I didn't enjoy the laundry being in the garage, but it wasn't terrible. The cleaniness of the home could use some touch ups on maybe some dusting and a few missed areas. Maybe personal preference, but it was overall clean.

Well appointed!

This house has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation! Well appointed, very clean, nice furnishings and pretty landscaping. Pool and patio area was nice with a view of a pond and the 8th hole on the golf course! 15-20 minutes to Gasparilla Island, shopping and Englewood Beach.

Nice house

Nice and quite neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay! The house has everything you may need, including floats, towels and stuff for the beach or pool. Just note if you like phishing (like my son does) you can’t phish at this property/back yard compared to other properties on the water. Thank you Narcisa for all your assistance during our stay. :)

Perfect for relaxation and fun

Our stay was awesome. The house is very comfortable and spacious. It's modern and it has everything you need. My family enjoyed very much the lanai and the pool. We spent most of the day in the pool and later in the afternoon went to the beach to see the sunset. It was very relaxing drinking my morning coffee by the pool while watching all the different species of birds in the backyard. Narcisa is a great host. She communicates promptly and she is very accommodating. Thank you so much for the opportunity. We look forward to coming back again.

Fantastic Get Away!

We had a fantastic stay, the home was airy and well appointed for anything we would need during our stay. Days and evenings out by the pool were a great way to beat the June heat and enjoy the Florida sun. Narcisa was extremely helpful and prompt communicating during our stay. Sincerely enjoyed our time here and would love to stay again!
