    This exceptional 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home boasts an array of desirable features, including a private pool and an inviting open floor plan, creating a light and bright atmosphere throughout.

    Located in Rotonda West, this home presents an idyllic lifestyle with easy access to nearby amenities. Explore pristine beaches, championship golf courses, and a variety of recreational activities that Southwest Florida has to offer.

    Upon entering, this charming home you will be greeted by an airy living space that seamlessly blends of comfort and style. The well-designed layout allows for easy movement and provides an ideal setting for entertaining friends and family.

    The heart of the home lies in its beautifully appointed living room. There is a sofa with two adjoining day chairs. The kitchen has ample countertop space! Prepare delicious meals while enjoying picturesque views of the water, making every cooking experience a delight.

    Retreat to the primary bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and an abundance of natural light streaming through large windows. This peaceful sanctuary offers a private haven for relaxation after a long day, complete with an attached bathroom for added convenience that has a walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms await, both furnished with full-size beds, ensuring plenty of room for guests or family members. Each room exudes warmth and comfort, providing a tranquil retreat for restful nights.

    House Rule: No Pets. No Parties, No Smoking or Vaping. Garage not available for guest's use.

    Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

Quality family memories in a highly rated home

The process was easy, hassel free, and everything with our home was spot on! The location was in a great neighborhood, with friendly locals, and feeling of true happiness and safety. Our boys loved the pool and gaming time in comfort, with a huge flat screen. We collected hundreds of shark teeth and fossils, beach hopped up and down the gulf coast. The boys loved the variety of restaurants and cultural diverse selections, shopping, and antiques. We have no complaints and look forward to returning for more relaxation and fun!

Lack of communication from agent

There was no sun beds at this property which we thought was very poor. Communication was not very satisfactory. Also there was a problem with the washing machine. The mechanic came out but we didn't hear from you any outcome of this? The kitchen was not well equipped, only plastic dishes. You did however provide us with a kettle which we were grateful for.

Everything great except....

Our only issue is with the pool. We paid extra to have it heated, when we arrived and it was not heated so we contacted them. They said wait a couple days and maybe it will warm up, we waited and it was still ice cold. They sent someone out and he didn't do anything, the pump was clearly not working. They kept blaming us, having us send photos to them of the pool gauges... It was never heated during our entire stay. Very disappointing. They refunded us the money for the heating but we got a pool home and couldn't even use the pool because it was ice cold.

What a great vacation home!

The space was bright, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room for our group. We absolutely loved having a private pool right out back. It made relaxing after beach days so easy and fun. The open layout and peaceful waterfront views made every moment feel special. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby beaches and activities. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!
