"This hotel is very new. We had a pleasant stay for our one night visit to Pittsburgh. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. There was a continental breakfast included. The location was close to restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. There is a great fitness center and indoor pool included. We will return here during future Pittsburgh visits."

I reported it again and that we needed our room cleaned a couple days later. Nothing happened. Then I got a text asking how my stay was going and I reported all of the above and was told they were understaffed and got no follow up. "Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!"

"The only real things to raise are: 1) pick a room away from Baum Ave. because there is quite a bit of traffic noise and it does not make for good night’s sleep, and 2) the windows were either slightly dirty or an fogged up (I could not tell) and hence the view was a bit obscured."
