"First time booking an apartment and no regrets. Large main room and bedroom as well as excellent bathroom. Everything you need to either eat in the apartment or take advantage of the multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes in the Town centre. Large screen smart TV with a the usual apps already installed. Full crockery and cutlery with coffee machine, microwave, kettle and large fridge with freezer compartment. Communication from Roy the manager was superb and ensured everything went smoothly...

"Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

"Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

"The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable...

"Modern 2 bedroom apartment very close to the town centre. Very clean and quiet with all mod cons. TV has free Netflix included, however the couch was too small to lie down on comfortably. Only other negative was a noisy manhole cover in the street which vibrated every time a car drove over it ( not the fault of the apartment obviously). "

"Apartment is super cute...love how its been decorated! And the location could not be better for all the best parts of Cheltenham. As per description, this is a small flat...makes a perfect base of operations if you plan to be out seeing the sights and don't need to worry about staying in / entertaining. "There's no doubt that The Boat Inn is a lovely, traditional pub in a super location, right on the banks of the Wye with good views of the river from the bedrooms above the pub. The surroundings are wooded and distinctly bosky, which is nice. There is a small village (Redbrook) with a village shop a few hundred metres away across an old railway bridge. "The property owners were great and made sure our arrival was welcoming with great info and welcome pack. The property is a unique original cottage with hone comforts and incredible view. There are some great walks and lots of activities nearby and a visit to ye older ferrie inn is a must.
