Villa Ramunna is a beautiful semi-independent stone property dating back to 1910, located in the heart of south-eastern Sicily, in the renowned Val di Noto. The villa is located in a small exclusive hamlet of only three homes, offering a breathtaking view of the Sicilian countryside. The outdoor spaces are the true strong point: in the centre of the garden is a panoramic swimming pool, framed by carob and olive trees that provide natural shade. Three elegant gazebos enrich the outdoor area, one near the pool and on the terrace, and another dedicated to the dining area and the outdoor lounge. Inside, the villa combines traditional charm with modern design elements. The bright spacious living room features wood-beamed ceilings, Sicilian terracotta floors and stone walls, which recall the historicity of the property. The kitchen, with central island and large dining table, is ideal for convivial moments with family or friends. Thanks to its strategic position, Villa Ramunna is an ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of the Val di Noto, such as Ispica, Modica and Ragusa, or the enchanting beaches of the south-east coast, with golden sands and crystal-clear waters.

Interior:
The villa, with a surface area of 240 sq m, extends over two floors, connected by an internal staircase. The main entrance, located on the ground floor, is accessible up a few steps. GROUND FLOOR - Large open-plan area composed of: kitchen with central island, large dining table and living area with corner sofa. A large French window connects the living room directly to the terrace, creating continuity with the outdoors. Laundry room. Sleeping area consisting of a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. A bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub (no hot tub). FIRST FLOOR - Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Park:
The grounds of over 5000 sq m, planted with olive groves, include a 2000 sq m garden with pathways and carob, olive and lemon trees, enriched by Mediterranean scrub. The swimming pool is surrounded by a shaded gazebo, while a stone terrace houses a gazebo with lounge and dining area, complete with barbecue. The property is accessible via a driveway gate.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool enjoys a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and is reached from the villa by walking about 100 metres through the park. Rectangular and measuring 12.5 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; lined in PVC, with Roman steps and a white stone border; internal and external lighting; cold-water shower; salt purification system; lawn sunbathing area with sunbeds and gazebo; it will be available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Pets: yes, up to small size. € 50,00 per week or part of a week per animal
