"The property was in a convenient location to access downtown Grand Rapids & to get on or off the interstate. I only complaint we had was how cold the temperature was in the indoor pool. Other than that the staff was friendly & helpful, plus there was a good selection for breakfast."

The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room. I immediately brought these concerns to management’s attention and expected the situation to be corrected. Instead, I felt dismissed and was offered no meaningful resolution. "This place is not a hotel. It is apartments. We stayed 8 days and we got two towels. Had to pay for more. Not soap, shampoo, etc. zero amenities. Cigarette butts every where. Marijuna in the parking lot. Front and back doors don’t lock. Don’t walk away, RUN"
