Provencal villa with heated pool in beautiful surrondings, close to the beaches

Are you longing for lazy days in a small French village among vineyards and gorgeous landscapes, but with idyllic small towns and the buzzing life and beautiful beaches of the Riviera only a short drive away?

Our spacious summer house is located only 20 minutes away from some of the best beaches France has to offer. The house is perfect for families with children, the extended family or friends on holiday. The garden is sheltered for access and there is a large free area at the back. The property has many nice outdoor areas. The barbecue area with grill and pizza oven, the lounge area, sun beds by the pool or shaded areas by the main entrance and under the tree in the back garden.

The house is all on one level with two air conditioning systems installed. Outside there is a lovely garden to relax in, with the 8x4 m heated pool as the natural center. (Cleaning of pool 2 times a week. The pool is normally open from april to mid October.) On the fenced property we also have parking for 3 cars within the gate. The house is located in a safe and quiet area with French neighbors and no mass tourism. The airport of Nice is 45 min. away. Our local assistants in the village live in the same street and are happy to assist you throughout your stay if it is desirable or necessary.
Content: Entrance hall, separate well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 2 with bunk beds.) Large double bathroom with spacious shower, separate toilet. One en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet located by one of the master bedrooms which also has a sofa area. Large living room with TV and sofa, dining area and double glass doors leading onto the terrace.
You will find the local baker at the village square after a short stroll through the forest path behind the house. By the way, only 2 minutes from the house is also one of several nice playgrounds for the children. Every Saturday morning there is a charming Provencal market on the square with fruits and vegetables, local products and specialties. In addition to the bakery you will find a supermarket, butcher, pharmacy / doctor, pizza takeaway, deli shop, newsagent and bar / restaurant among other stores in the village, where the locals play petanque in the afternoon.

Whatever you desire for your holiday, loads of great experiences and excursions await you close by. Riding, cycling, canoeing, mountain walks, golf, beach and city life, vineyards and beautiful medieval towns to name a few are all within a 20 minute drive.

Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Falls doch etwas fehlt, helfen Céline und Eric sehr rasch und kompetent. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig.

Fabulous stay

We spent a wonderful week here with my two young children (9 and 6). The property itself is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with lots of amenities in the village but also short distance in the car to bigger shops. We had a lovely time exploring the different offerings of Fréjus and Antibes whilst there, both easily accessible by car. When not exploring the area, we had the most wonderful time at the house. Very well stocked with all the household equipment you might need (for cooking etc). Lots of places to relax around the house, inside and out. They really have thought of everything. The communication from the owner was fantastic and a lovely local lady who showed us around The property when we arrived. We were lucky to find this gem of a property and was perfect for our quiet, relaxed family break. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for having us.

Amazing location to chill and explore Côte d’Azur

We, two families with three kids, had a wonderful summer location in August! The house is as described: very nice interior, comfortable beds, cute kids rooms and a great pool area! Outdoor kitchen and outdoor seating area is just great to spend time! The barbecues and pizza oven are at its best for having fun preparing wonderful dishes! The neighborhood is very quiet and a bakery, supermarket and restaurants can be reached by food in less than 10 minutes. The location of the house is a great spot to explore the countryside mountain area or the fascinating citys Frejús, Canes and St. Tropez and of course the beaches. We want to highlight the absolutely positiv, friendly and nicely communication with the owners and the local contact who always helped and supported whenever it was needed or questions came up. We can absolutely recommend this property and will consider coming back!

Nice villa, good location, well equipped

We had a great stay! In a quiet neighbourhoud with a centre (bakery, supermarket etc.) within 5 à 10 min walking distance. The villa is very well equipped with everything we needed and more! Beautiful cities and beaches like St. Maxime, St. Raphaël and Frejus within 30 min. drive. The kids were in swimming pool most of the day. We highly recommend this villa!

Wonderful holidays

Warm welcome with snacks and drinks, thanks to Éline, everything was fine during our stay. We did trips to St. Tropez, Cannes, Antibes and Nizza and we had a great time.

Perfect Villa

We really enjoyed our stay everything was perfect. Lovely heated pool swimming in May great. The villa was very clean and very well equipped with very good WiFi there was everything you could possibly want in the kitchen coffee maker toaster lots of utensils. Communication with Celine and her husband was very easy and live not very far away. Five minutes walk to the village lots of little shops and a very good Spar shop. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this lovely villa.

Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful base!

We stayed as a group of two families during July and August 2022. The villa is beautiful- well equipped for a family stay. Really modern but also cosy. The outside kitchen and hangar are just perfect. We loved lazy days at the pool. Evening sun drinks on the other seating area. Perfectly situated to explore the Cote D’Azur and Provence. We will definitely be back! So much to see, so few days! The owners are so helpful, friendly and welcoming. No negatives at all to this property. One practical point to make is if your car is low and well loaded with luggage, the lip into enter the property is a little steep. Our car (Skoda Kodiaq) was fine. Our friend’s Ford S-Max we unloaded before getting on the drive and then all was ok. Can’t recommend more highly.

Un séjour au calme et au soleil !

Nous (2 adultes, 3 ados et 2 enfants) avons été enchanté par cette maison. Tout est fonctionnel, et la maison intègre le sens du détail (pleins d'accessoires et de choses utiles que nous n'avions pas l'habitude de voir en locations saisonnières). Le coin est chaud mais la climatisation de la maison rend les choses agréables. L'extérieur est également très bien agencé avec une belle piscine et une cuisine d'été ou nous passions la plus grande partie de notre temps. Le propriétaire est étranger et la gérance (accueil - départ - piscine) est effectué par un couple charmant qui habite non loin de la propriété. Seul bémol les moustiques mais je pense que c'est malheureusement partout pareil !

Dejlig feriebolig med god plads til familien. God terrasse og skyggepladser, udespiseplads, afslapningsmøbler grill plads, ovn mm, God pool. Fin modtagelse og god kommunikation også med ejeren. Kan kun anbefales til de som vil holde en afslappende ferie i Provence. Tæt på St, Tropez, Cannes mv.

Le logement et bien situé.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours début juin 21 le logement sa va ( un peu briq à braq) piscine super. Par contre du début jusqu'à la fin de nôtre séjour nous avons eux des sanglier toutes les nuits dans le jardin à 2 à 3 heures du matin impossible de dormir. Prévenu Céline plusieurs fois avec des photos des dégâts, nous avons pas apprécier ce désagrément.

Propriété conforme au descriptif et aux photos, spacieuse et bien agencée pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons été très bien accueillis malgré une arrivée tardive. L'endroit est particulièrement calme et propice au repos. La literie est de bonne qualité. Notre séjour s'est déroulé dans le contexte particulier de la crise sanitaire, nous empêchant de profiter pleinement de la région comme nous l'aurions souhaité. Nous avons apprécié la sollicitude du propriétaire.

Très belle maison

C’est une très belle maison, avec beaucoup de commerce à proximité. N’est pas adapté aux bébés ( pas de lit bébé ni de chaise haute). Problème de fourmis dès notre arrivé, le gérant immobilier s’en était occupé, mais invasion au bout de 3 jours. La piscine est superbe !

Une très belle maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison correspond en tous points à l’annonce. Elle est très fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût. Le quartier est très calme et la maison n’a aucun vis à vis. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mme Perin qui est restée disponible pour nous durant tout le séjour, ce qui est vraiment un plus. Il faut juste savoir que le linge de maison n’est pas compris dans le prix.
