Beautiful view from the rooms, terrace, and pool. The heated pool is very large, which was appreciated by our family! The villa is clean and very modern. Check-in and communication with the owner and property manager was great.

Besonders schön ist die grosszügige Terrasse mit riesigem Esstisch und vielen gemütlichen Sitzplätzen – ideal zum Entspannen und Geniessen.Der beheizte Pool war auch im Oktober wunderbar warm und ein echtes Highlight.Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge nach Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Raphaël, Cannes oder Monaco.Der Kontakt mit Alain und Claire war sehr angenehm, beide waren jederzeit erreichbar und alles verlief völlig unkompliziert.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt – absolut empfehlenswert! We had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful house walking distance to Les Issambres with beach, bakery, restaurants. Das Haus ist wunderschön modern eingerichtet. Funktionelle sehr grosse Küche in der es an nichts fehlt. Sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit modernen sehr sauberen Badezimmern. Mega Aussicht auf das Meer vom Pool aus. Hilfsbereiter und sehr schneller Kontakt mit Alain (Eigentümer) und mit Claire (Agentur). Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Les Issambres.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Villa sehr genossen. Die Hausdame Clair hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war auch immer für unsere Fragen erreichbar. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und modern. Jedes der 5 Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die 4 Badezimmer sind sehr gross. Zusätzlich gibt es noch auf jeder Etage eine separate Toilette. Das Highlight dieser Villa ist der wunderschöne Ausblick aufs Meer und der sehr grosse Pool. Den Strand oder das Zentrum vom Les Issambres erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten. Zu Fuss benötigt man ca. 20 Minuten. Alles in allem waren wir dem Aufenthalt in dieser Villa sehr zufrieden und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Sommer

Absolutely Gorgeous, Fantastic!!

What a magnificent house and super location! We were received by Claire, who provided us with all relevant details about the house. This house is incredible comfortable, clean, modern, new, excellent for a group of at least 10 persons. The bedrooms are spot-on, bathrooms are large and foreseen of high quality equipment. The heated swimming pool (12 mtrs long) is perfect and sun area spacy with sufficient sunbeds. The balcony and seating area are a joy to use, and the seaviews (especially in the evenings) are really spectacular. In short, we really enjoyed our stay (real value for money) and will certainly consider coming back to this beautiful place!!

Beautiful Home with an Incredible View

This property is exactly as described on VRBO. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The living room, dining area and balcony have an incredible view of the Les Issambres neighborhood and the Mediterranean Sea. It is a very modern decor and the pool and landscaping are excellent. The house is situated about 800 meters up a hill (not an easy walk) and very close to some great restaurants, the beach and the ferry from St. Maxime to St. Tropez. The only negative to staying here is the trash situation (you have to load up your trash and take it about a mile to the public trash receptacles). The manager (Claire) was very responsive and timely to all questions and inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

We spent a wonderful week in the Villa and it was too short. We travelled with our parents, a family trip with 7 people all together. The view in the evening and in the morning when the sun plays with the sea is absolutely amazing. In addition the view on the left side to the part of the village in the mountains makes you dreaming. The pool was sufficiently heated for April, we were able to enjoy it. Alain is a very kind person that takes care of questions and contacted us ahead of the trip for some information, the check in is handled (as often) by local agency. Easy to reach since we had other experiences in "the Var" when travelling with long wheel base Mercedes Sprinter to get to the houses- this here was easy. Les Issambres supermarket (Casino market) 15-20 walk away down the hill. For the way up calculate 5 more minutes. Worth to mention that one room is only accessible from the exterior terrasse (the room downstairs on the left) without direct connection to the house. Not a problem, it has a full bathroom and if anything at night you can still knock the room neighbor door on terrasse. An own apartment directly located at the pool....also nice if you consider from this point of view. The house is nicely decorated as shown on the pictures. We can 100% recommend and this is one of the few houses we are sure we will book again one day.

Das Objekt ist genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und in perfektem Zustand. Uns (8 Erwachsene) hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Zu Fuß nach Les Issambres (Hafen, Bäcker, Metzger, ...) sind es 8-10 Minuten, mit dem Auto 2-3. Die Lage war aus unserer Sicht perfekt und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Der Blick von der Terrasse und Pool auf das Meer ist sensationell. Kontakt mit der der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort und Eigentümer waren sehr sehr angenehm, und wir bekamen unverzüglich Antworten.Wir waren begeistert, und wenn wir wieder in großer Gruppe reisen - unsere erste Wahl

Die Villa ist in jeglicher Hinsicht fantastisch: die Einrichtung ist stilvoll; der Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft; der Pool ist großartig und und und… Die Kommunikation mit Alain (Eigentümer) und Claire (Agentur) war immer super: hilfsbereit, schnell, zuvorkommend, humorvoll. Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub

Moderne schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht, großer Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche mit 2 Kühlschränken, bequeme Betten und als Überraschung ein TV-Zimmer mit riesigem Flachbild-TV mit Netflix-Funktion für "Kino"-Abende. Auch die abendliche Garten- und Poolbeleuchtung fanden wir beeindruckend. Alain und Claire haben uns bei Fragen immer schnell geantwortet. Wir haben den Urlaub bei bestem Wetter für Ende September sehr genossen und konnten fast täglich im Pool schwimmen.

Wonderful house and surroundings

The early contact we had with the owner really helped when there was an electrical problem following an exceptional overnight thunder storm. The owner even though in another country was able to give guidance to get the electrics working again and get them checked out. The house based on three levels is superb with large living area and kitchen. The views from the balcony over the hills and sea are wonderful. All the bedrooms are large on the mid level and finally the pool and pool area on the lowest level are immaculate. The entire family loved the house and the holiday was fantastic.
