Welcome to our house located next to Marthaberry Hwy. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. You will have whole left unit of the duplex to yourself. Clean/sanitized space, Netflix (no cable), comfortable beds, massage chair, cooking utensils, etc. are all included for your convenience. Self check-in*

The space
You will have whole unit of duplex to yourself and your family. This unit has two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a living room. One bedroom has two full size bed, second bedroom has a king size bed. There is an extra sofa bed (full size) in the living room as well.
Guest access
- Parking is allowed in the garage, driveway or on the gravel next to the house.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE::
1. Two parking spots are included with your reservation. Any additional parking will incur in extra fees of $20 per vehicle per night. We require this charge before your stay.
2. CHECK-IN time is STRICTLY 4 pm. $50 early check-in fees apply. Early check-in is only granted if (i) we have received this fee, and (ii) the property is clean.
- CHECK-OUT time is STRICTLY 11 am. Additional $25 per hour will be charged for every hour stayed after checkout. Our cleaners will charge us extra fees due to their schedules, so we pass this back to you.
3. Listed price is for 4 guests only. A small additional fee applies for extra guests. will calculate this automatically.
4. Please clean up after your pets; this applies to grass too.
