A beautiful, clean, quiet, home located in peaceful area right by the Vatican. There are amazing places to eat just down the road. Truly an excellent stay with a phenomenal host. Highly recommend it, and would stay here again.

Host was so nice and communicated well. The place was beautiful, we were only there for an evening on a layover but wish we had more time to stay because we loved the property. If I ever return i hope to book the same place.

Great place to stay! Wonderful and timely communication. The apartment was perfect and I enjoyed the garden space. Easy walk to Vatican City and quick and easy to taxi/uber to other sites. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Très bel appartement à deux pas de la basilique St Pierre et accès au centre ville rapide. Franseca est très sympa et nous a accueillis chaleureusement même à une heure tardive Nous recommandons vivement !

Location was amazing, 5-8 mins to St. Peter's. Francesca, was so accommodating, she helped us with so many different things during our stay. This property's location is up a slight hill but right next to the Vatican and covered with beautiful flowers and aroma. The AC worked great, 3 bathrooms is a luxury and outside private patio is special. We loved our stay,.close to lots of restaurants and felt very safe. Would book again absolutely. Thanks Francesca for everything!

Francesca is amazing. She 100% has it all. And is an amazing help. The apartment was so nice and the ac splits in each room were perfect. I wish we were staying with her on our return to Rome. Also it’s super close to the Vatican and close to taxis and a short walk to Roma San Pietro station. She is honestly the best and I can’t say much more about my time there. Awesome!

Great location for a Vatican visit

Stayed 3 nights to visit the vatican and it could not have been a better location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Francesca, was very punctual, friendly and informative. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the multiple blow dryers. The place was spacious and had a very nice patio that we hung out on at night. It is located very close to the Vatican, restaurants and coffee/breakfast places. Two negatives, the steep hill you have to climb up to get to the place and one of the nights we were here the neighbors above us were quite loud until 1:30am.

Rome Vacation

Amazing place right near the Vatican. Three bathrooms, incredible terrace, quiet and away from traffic, host was perfect, available etc.Would highly recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Francesca is very communicative and very thoughtful. We find everything we need in our stay. The neighborhood is nice and close to restaurants and taxis. We enjoyed the stay and highly recommend!

What a treasure our hostess was! Francesca helped us navigate transportation and it was a lovely stay Truely close enough to the sights to enjoy the basilica, Vatican and the shops! The patio very relaxing and a great spot to begin and end each adventure.

If you're lucky enough to stay here, you'll find that you made a terrific decision.The home is impeccable, spacious, who knew we actually needed 3 bathrooms!! :-)Francesca has thought about every single thing possible that you might need and it's there.Another key point I feel others don't emphasize enough - this flat is literally on the outside of the Vatican walls... You take 20 steps down the road and boom you're staring at the dome at St. Peters Basillica - the area is really upscale, the restaurant at the bottom of the hill is great. Francesca is an absolute joy, definitely the hostess with the mostest. Take my advice and don't pass on this one - it's a gem!!-Pierre

We had a wonderful stay at Christmas time. Francesca was a great host and met us at the apartment and explained everything. The apartment was perfect. It was walking distance to everywhere in Vatican City, there’s a bus stop nearby to take you into Rome quickly, and there are restaurants very close to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and we would 100% stay there again.
