Modern Villa with large garden and woods, located in the town of Aranova. Within easy distance to Rome (15 minutes), the historical Etruscan town of Ostia, Roman hills, lakes and the Roman seaside. Also at only 10 min drive is the biggest water park in Italy called Hydromania (see photos). It is the perfect combination of comfort and luxury in a quite location away from the hassle and bustle city centre.

On the ground floor there is a modern open plan fully fitted kitchen, large sitting room with big modern fire place, a family bathroom and a large double bedroom with king size bed and plenty of storage. The attic floor has two rooms: a double one with king size bed and a single room. Also an open plan space with 3 Velux windows and a double sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with shower room and in total accommodates up to 8 people. On the ground floor the property is surrounded by a large patio where you can relax perhaps in the evening after a long day of shopping, visiting or swimming enjoying the sunset.

Villa Aranova is kids friendly. It has a large garden and woods, kids playground near by and also high chair and cot are provided.

The villa benefits from a 170 (website hidden) (170 of underground garage with car entrance.

Neighbors are friendly and easy going. Near by there is a pizzeria, a restaurant, bars, a news agent and a big superstore called Conad.

Price includes linen and towels. Cleaning is not included, there is a flat fee of £65 for the cleaner. If you stay for longer than 10 days, extra cleaning are required. Gas and Electricity will be charged according to consumption. Late arrival between 7 pm and 11:30 pm is subject to a fee. Arrivals between 11:31 pm and 7:30 am are not accepted.

Emplacement idéal entre ROME et le bord de mer

Je recherchais un logement spacieux et confortable pour une semaine près de Rome. La villa est idéalement placée à Ara Nova. Elle est totalement fonctionnelle, les équipements et matériaux de grande qualité. On y trouve tous les commerces à proximité, les restaurants, glacier, pharmacie. Nous avons pu aller à Rome facilement. En 40 minutes nous étions garés au centre-ville historique grâce à de nombreuses places de parking. Nous pouvions également aller à Hydromania, un parc aquatique au top (propre, bien entretenu, et très surveillé). Nous avons pu aller à la plage (San Nicola, Santa Severa...) en peu de temps également. Des vacances de rêve. Je dois signaler pour que les prochains visiteurs ne soient pas désagréablement surpris : il est bien signalé qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation et les deux chambres à l'étage sont sous les toits. Il y fait chaud en été, c'est normal. Je dois également signaler que beaucoup de voisins ont des chiens qui aboient. C'est pénible lorsque l'on veut profiter de l'extérieur calmement et ça leur arrive également la nuit. C'est le seul point négatif mais notre hôte n'en est pas responsable et peut difficilement corriger ce point. Merci Dan pour votre confiance et nous avoir loué votre belle villa. C'était un plaisir d'échanger avec vous (mail, SMS, whatsapp).

Gesamteindruck des Objektes

Die Anzahl der Personen war bekannt; es standen nur halb so viele Handtücher zur Verfügung. Töpfe, Geschirr und Gläser verdreckt. Parken mit Kleinbus auf dem Grundstück nicht möglich. Zufahrt stark verunkrautet; abblätternder Putz. Leider gar nicht zu empfehlen!

Prachtige woning dichtbij Rome voor weinig geld!

Vanaf de aankomst tot vertrek alles perfect verlopen. Later aankomen, vroeg vertrekken is voor Daniel (eigenaar) geen probleem. Daniel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Net huis en erg ruim. Vriendelijke buren waar je echt geen last van hebt. Rustige ligging en ideaal om vandaar Rome te bezoeken. Iedere avond naar de (goedkope) ijssalon op een paar minuten rijafstand! sehr sauberes ordentliches Ferienhaus

ein tolles Ferienhaus für 5-6 Personen, alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es stehen 3 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung, ein Schlafsofa im Flur und je nach Bedarf stellt der Vermieter Klappbetten zu Verfügung. Das ist zur Not machbar, aber nicht gemütlich. Der Vermieter steht jederzeit telefonisch für Fragen zur Verfügung und war auch stets bemüht, schnellstmöglich zu helfen. Vor dem Aufenthalt sollten die Hausregeln genau gelesen werden. Dies haben wir leider versäumt, waren dementsprechend überrascht. Die zusätzlich anfallenden Nebenkosten sind relativ hoch, das scheint in Italien durchaus üblich zu sein. Tatsächlich liegt das Haus in direkter Nähe der Einflugschneise für den Flughafen in Rom. Das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Insgesamt haben wir eine tolle Zeit in Aranova verbracht, mit weniger Leuten würde ich das Haus auch jederzeit wieder buchen!

Хороший дом для большой компании со своей машиной.

Отдыхали в этом доме двумя семьями в июне 2017 года. Сам дом нам очень понравился: хорошая кухня (есть посуда, кастрюли, сковородки, столовые приборы, холодильник, посудомоечная машина, чайник, микроволновка, стиральная машина), четыре спальни со всем необходимым (постельное бельё, подушки, одеяла), ванная и душевая (есть полотенца), просторный холл с большим столом и достаточным количеством стульев. Хозяин предоставил нам 2 маленькие кроватки для детей и детский стул. Недалеко есть детская площадка, маленький магазин с овощами и фруктами (дешевле, чем в больших магазинах). Минусы: на кухне мало емкостей под салаты, очень неудобный паркинг на горе (если ставить машину в гараж, то ее можно поцарапать), очень далеко от моря (обязательно надо брать машину, до моря ехать около 15-20 минут), на территории нет развлечений для детей, Интернет есть, но не всегда работает. Примечание: за воду, газ и электричество отдельная оплата в конце (у нас за 2 недели вышло 100 евро).

Nice house, but the overall experience is not worth it.

The parents and the property were nice, and that was about it! The house was hot hot with no A.C. To top it off I was overcharged and never refunded all of my refundable money, although he said he would. I kept sending him messages and calling him until I finally gave up. Never again To the parents_ Thank you for everything!

Eine schöne Villa

Eine schöne gemütliche Villa in einer eigentlich ruhigen Gegend. Das einzige was uns leider gestört hat, die Flugzeuge die zwischen 5 Uhr und 23 Uhr im Minutentakt den Flughafen im Nachbarort anfliegen. Ist etwas laut. Trotzdem ist das Haus zu empfehlen, ist ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Es gibt zwei Pizzerias und eine Eisdiele im Ort, die man kann nur empfehlen. Die nächsten Strände sind gleich in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug. Aranova ist eine Reise wert.

Nette woning en centraal gelegen

Nette goed verzorgde woning met goede mogelijkheden voor bezoek aan Rome en omstreken. Huis is rustig gelegen met grote tuin. Dorp is rustig met goede ijssalon aan de overkant van de benzine pomp. Aanrader voor bezoeken aan Rome en de kust
