Monica was very helpful in letting us leave our bags since we arrived early in Rome. She was quick to communicate back when I had questions. Pretty apt and convenient location.

Very Nice Gem in Rome

The property is very nice, clean, and a convenient location to reach many sites in Rome by either walking or ground transport if you prefer. It was ideal for the 4 of us for several days in Rome. The host is very accommodating, responsive, and helpful.

Just ok

The apartment is fine. There is a tiny elevator that’s kind of a pain. The manager speaks very little English. Location is fine. There were just zero amenities. Not even napkins or paper towels. There is zero space in the bathroom to put any toiletries making it very hard to get settled. I mean just a shelf or cabinet would be nice. It doesn’t offer any balcony or outside area to sit. It’s fine just very basic.

Overall pretty good

Overall clean place. Had air conditioning and space for our group and was in a good place of town. We were able to drop off our luggage early which was helpful. Some things of note: Elevator is very narrow to get up, could not fit our stroller with our toddler in it. Several trips up and down to get the family and stroller down during our stay (we were 4 adults and toddler). At checkin we were then made aware about a tourist tax and asked for 6 euro cash per person per day (which I don’t remember reading about). Checkout time is 10am and we had a ride coming at 10am. Cleaning lady was there at 9:50am with us ready to change it over.

Great location!

Location is quiet, away from crowds yet close enough to major sites to walk everywhere. Property is as described. Host Monica was responsive to requests. Check-in was easy. We booked the driver for the ride from FCO and all went well. Pleasant stay and would recommend.

Luxury Suites

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The bedrooms were large. There was a sign on the washing machine had a sign on it stating it was not to be used or you could be responsible for 600.00 in repairs. That should be taken off the amenities list as it was a requirement for us. Several lights need to be replaced in the ceiling. A/C remotes we not available. We had to call the host to unlock them from a closet.there were no instructions on how to operate the televisions.and we were unable to figure them out.

Able to walk from Termini train station with our luggage; close to Spegna Metro stop (downhill); hot water boiler, instant coffee, two bathrooms and showers, elevator, nice nearby restaurants and gelato; available driver (upon request) to commute to airport.

If I could give more than a 5-star rating for the location of this beautiful apartment i would. it was walking distance to everywhere! our host Monica was very available to us if any questions came up. home was extremely well appointed. and with three separated bedrooms suited our needs well.

Overall, our stay was good, and we liked the location. Communication was a little confusing. Host tattoo use Google translate and we were able to understand each other. The only thing I would recommend is adding the so-calleled foreign tax in the system, that way, it could be paid legally through the system and not having to pay out-of-pocket and cash at the time of arrival. That’s some thing that we did not appreciate. Also, the condo states that it is for up to eight people, but we were unsure how many we’re going to be in our party and a lot last minute ended up being for instead of just two we were charged over €100 per additional person. That was also, not appreciated. I believe there has to be better information provided through the system.

Kind Personable Service

Monica was so kind and assisted us with transportation from the airport, which was so helpful. She also took the time to walk the neighborhood with us to point out good pizza and coffee. The residence was very accommodating for our family for such a short stay.

Comfortable Roman Apartment

The apartment was very roomy and clean with comfortable beds and seats in the living room. The kitchen was small but well stocked enough for breakfasts and small meals. Some small suggestions …it would have been nice to have the oven working. The bedroom furniture and closet doors were a bit loose and needed some tightening. Monica met us and arranged an airport shuttle for us. Thank you Monica! There were a few coffee shops and a very good restaurant (La Brushetta Roma) nearby as well as a grocery shop. 10 minute walk to the Borghese Park, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps and buses close by. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment !

VRBO ROME

Large clean apartment with a washer. Building had an elevator which is very handy. Location was very walkable. Only issue is the wi fi was iffy, most of the time no connection. Monica responded to all communication.
