  • Thebestinrome Vite Prestige es una casa de vacaciones en el corazón de Roma, ubicada en el cuarto piso (con ascensor) en un edificio romano típico a pocos pasos de la Piazza di Spagna. Completamente renovado con 3 dormitorios y 4 baños con capacidad para 8 personas.

    Su posición estratégica ofrece la máxima hospitalidad para familias, grupos de amigos (hasta 8 personas) que desean pasar sus vacaciones en Roma inmersos en la historia de la capital.
    Completamente renovado, goza de una ubicación estratégica a pocos pasos de la Piazza di Spagna, Trinità dei Monti y las calles comerciales más famosas (Via Condotti, Via Borgognona, Via Frattina, Via del Corso).
    Proporcionamos a nuestros huéspedes la ropa de cama necesaria para las vacaciones (sábanas, toallas), si durante la estancia desea una limpieza adicional con cambio de ropa a un precio de € 130)
    Las tres habitaciones dobles, elegantemente amuebladas y equipadas con baño privado con ducha, (un cuarto de baño está disponible para los huéspedes) lo harán sentir como en casa, el vidrio insonorizado le permitirá dormir tranquilo.
    Cada habitación tiene una pantalla de TV inteligente (URL OCULTA), la cocina está totalmente equipada, encontrará todo lo que necesita para preparar sus desayunos, almuerzos o cenas (lavavajillas, horno, refrigerador, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor, tostadora, lavadora, vajilla y ollas)

Location was suburb. Within walking distance to all of Ancient Rome and the Vatican. Very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive. Check in was easy and the AC worked well.

This property worked well for our family of 7. It was located on the 4th floor. They provided a great amount of supplies like coffee, sugar, Oj, soap, detergent, etc. A grocery is steps away. The host was receptive to questions and we found everything clean. This property can use a mild update with the living room furniture but otherwise very comfortable.

Great apartment in fantastic location. Close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain this apartment was exactly as advertised. It is in close proximity to great shopping and restaurants.

Great Location

The apartment suited our extended family of six very well. The three separate bedrooms with toilets and showers were very welcome as was the washer and dryer. i would recommend this apartment.

Multigenerational Family Trip

We stayed with our children and grandchildren for 3 nights. It was our first time using VRBO and it worked out perfectly! The owners were amazing and helpful. The communication before our arrival was easy. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed including 2 cribs for the babies. Location was fantastic, with an easy walk to so many sights. And most importantly for our time in Rome with the heat wave, the air conditioning was beyond excellent. Hightly recommend!

Really enjoyed the location of this property. Great location with shopping, great restaurants and popular sights within walking distance. Only issue we had was with the a/c. It was brand new and was being installed when we arrived, but malfunctioned that night. It was fixed two days later and then worked fine. Overall - great experience!

Fantastic location

We loved the location since we were able to walk to all of the main sites that we wanted to visit (Colosseum/Forum, Trestavere, St Peter's Basilica and the Vatican), restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. The only time we needed a cab was to get to the airport (FCO). Communication (through WhatsApp) was easy. Highly recommend.

Location is perfect

Stayed here during Ryder Cup matches. Located just steps from history, retail, dining…..all the amenities. Property is a bit smaller than it appears online…..couch/sofa needs to be replaced….beds are mediocre but comfortable enough for tired bodies….showers are very small. Property is clean and safe. You will be there only too sleep the location is perfecto!!!!!

Central Rome apartment

The apartment was perfect for our family. It was in a great location within walking distance to most of the top sites in Rome and a lot of great stores. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The property manager was easy to communicate with and arranged an early morning car for us to go the airport. We had an issue with one of the toilets and they came right away and fixed it. I definitely would stay here again!

We were disappointed with this stay. For US travelers, think older Hampton Inn.The pros: Great location. New A/C that actually worked. Nice to have a dedicated bathroom per person.Why you should stay elsewhere:The living room furniture is worn and uncomfortable — not enough seating for four people, and I have no idea where a larger group would go. Beds were fine, but expect one thin pillow per side. The bathroom faucet near the kitchen was barely attached to the sink; the kitchen faucet wasn't far behind. Attention to detail is low.The listing description isn't necessarily inaccurate, but the photos are misleading. The exterior shots vaguely suggest a second-floor unit facing a charming street. It's actually fourth floor, interior, facing a courtyard that will not be appearing in your Instagram feed. The balcony holds A/C equipment and looks out onto that same ugly courtyard. The lovely greenery in those photos? Still there — in old, partially melted plastic plant form. I flagged these issues with the host. She offered to address the hot water situation and took the time to tell us where the furnishings came from — though their origin is beside the point when they're worn out. Her response to the overall quality concerns was simply, "We're sad to hear that." That makes two of us. We were sad with our choice. The neighborhood itself is excellent — highly recommend it as a Rome base. Just be sure you're not also sad about your VRBO pick. Stay somewhere else.

Great Stay in the Heart of Rome

We stayed in this apartment with my mother in law (75) and our two boys (ages 10 and 14). It was a terrific location, central to everything we wanted to do/see. We organized a driver from the airport through Best in Rome and it worked out very well. The couch and the dining room chairs are a bit "soft" and should be replaced soon, but that's our only (very minor) comment. Highly recommend.
