Thebestinrome Vite Prestige is a holiday home in the heart of Rome, located on the 4th floor (with elevator) in a typical Roman building a few steps from Piazza di Spagna. Completely renovated with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms can accommodate up to 8 people!

Its strategic position offers maximum hospitality for families, groups of friends (up to 8 people) who wish to spend their holidays in Rome immersed in the history of the capital.
Completely renovated, it enjoys a strategic location just a few steps from Piazza di Spagna, Trinità dei Monti and the most famous shopping streets (Via Condotti, Via Borgognona, Via Frattina, Via del Corso).
We provide our guests with the linen necessary for the holiday (sheets, towels), if during the stay you want an additional cleaning with linen change is possible at € 130)
The three double rooms, elegantly furnished and equipped with private bathroom with shower, (a fourth bathroom is available to guests) will make you feel at home, the soundproofed glass will allow you to sleep peacefully.
Each room has a smart TV screen (URL HIDDEN) kitchen is fully equipped, you will find everything you need to prepare your breakfasts, lunches or dinners (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery and pots)

Guests will have complete access to the apartment.

Multigenerational Family Trip

We stayed with our children and grandchildren for 3 nights. It was our first time using VRBO and it worked out perfectly! The owners were amazing and helpful. The communication before our arrival was easy. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed including 2 cribs for the babies. Location was fantastic, with an easy walk to so many sights. And most importantly for our time in Rome with the heat wave, the air conditioning was beyond excellent. Hightly recommend!

Really enjoyed the location of this property. Great location with shopping, great restaurants and popular sights within walking distance. Only issue we had was with the a/c. It was brand new and was being installed when we arrived, but malfunctioned that night. It was fixed two days later and then worked fine. Overall - great experience!

Great Location but dated

The property was in great location however the place was run down compared to pictures. Multiple lamps broken, dresser broken and leaking coffee machine. Beds were comfortable but missing bedding. Belcony was used for storage and had no chairs. Was very expensive considering the discrepancy in the listing compared to what you got

Fantastic location

We loved the location since we were able to walk to all of the main sites that we wanted to visit (Colosseum/Forum, Trestavere, St Peter's Basilica and the Vatican), restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. The only time we needed a cab was to get to the airport (FCO). Communication (through WhatsApp) was easy. Highly recommend.

Perfect Rome Experience

Great apartment in fantastic location. Close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain this apartment was exactly as advertised. It is in close proximity to great shopping and restaurants.

Great location

Very nice very comfortable. The downside is that there is no parking in the city as they have environmental zones we requested parking several times that was never told about the environmental zone and the unavailability of bringing your luggage down with your car before 6 o’clock at night that would’ve been very helpful on your website. I will say that the apartment was clean, but they didn’t leave any supplies for the trash there was only 1 extra trash bag, unless you are from the area, you would not have any idea what the different colored markers on the trash bins vent we had to google that. Stinky on their towels to stay there all week if you want towel it’s not appropriate. There is a washer and dryer. It takes almost the whole day. To do one load. Also there were no dish towels. The location is excellent plenty of things to do as you are right in the center of all the action.

Perfect Roman Holiday

Six of us in our family, one person had to use the sofa bed but no complaints. Everyone loved the apartment and the location was fantastic, on a very quiet quaint street, perfect for everyone coming and going. The staff person was very helpful and easy to communicate with, arranging an airport shuttle for some family members. They left a good amount of supplies which was nice since our previous apartment in Sorrento left us with nothing. Only strange thing was the washing machine but we figured it out, your clothes will be damp for a few minutes after the drying cycle but then are dry. I ended up doing a few loads and letting them air dry, much simpler.

Central Rome apartment

The apartment was perfect for our family. It was in a great location within walking distance to most of the top sites in Rome and a lot of great stores. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The property manager was easy to communicate with and arranged an early morning car for us to go the airport. We had an issue with one of the toilets and they came right away and fixed it. I definitely would stay here again!

Great Stay in the Heart of Rome

We stayed in this apartment with my mother in law (75) and our two boys (ages 10 and 14). It was a terrific location, central to everything we wanted to do/see. We organized a driver from the airport through Best in Rome and it worked out very well. The couch and the dining room chairs are a bit "soft" and should be replaced soon, but that's our only (very minor) comment. Highly recommend.

Location is perfect

Stayed here during Ryder Cup matches. Located just steps from history, retail, dining…..all the amenities. Property is a bit smaller than it appears online…..couch/sofa needs to be replaced….beds are mediocre but comfortable enough for tired bodies….showers are very small. Property is clean and safe. You will be there only too sleep the location is perfecto!!!!!

Great Find in a Gem of a Location

This property was perfect for my family of 4. It's as-advertised. First, the communication with the manager/owner was unbelievably clear and prompt. I had everything addressed before check-in, and that process was as smooth as can be. It's also good to have that to put your mind at ease. The location is perfect: it's about a 5-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and the metro's A line, which means you're only about 10 minutes from anywhere else on the subway (Termini is a mere 3 stops away with a transfer to the B-line). There is a convenience store a half block down the street, and 2 quality restaurants within 50 meters. Just north is another row of restaurants. The place was great. It was clean, well-apportioned, and well-cooled (for the HOT Roman summer). I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality, cleanliness, and a great location. Thanks!

A week stay

We were 3 couples and a 13 year old. The 13 year old slept in the pull out couch and said it was comfortable. The air conditioning was fabulous. While I did not use the kitchen, one of the couples did and found it ok except for the lack of a cutting board. We also could not find extra trash bags for the different cans. It was great having 4 bathrooms so even the teenager didn’t have to share. We also loved the washer/dryer they had in the apartment even though it took a very long time to wash and dry the clothes. We loved the location of the apartment and the elevator was a must for my husband though the others usually used the stairs (on the 4th floor). If you are 3 couples make sure you ask for 3 sets of keys. This was our first experience renting an apartment instead of staying in a hotel. This was our 5th time in Rome but for the other 5, it was their first. The apartment worked out great.

Great Location

This apartment worked out really well for us. The apartment was clean, and well maintained. There were a few adjustments that needed to be made in the beginning but things worked out fine. The location is near to most attractions and many restaurants. There is an elevator which is a great advantage. All items worked well within the apartment. Vert satisfied with our stay.
