Excellent location and wonderful 2 bedroom apartment on Piazza di Spagna. Plenty of room with 2 baths and 2 bedrooms plus the large jacuzzi tub. Alessandro was very responsive and very helpful. Hope to return in the near future.

The apartment is a very clean modern apartment in a wonderful location. The air and water work great! This is the perfect apartment if you are looking for a couple of clean and comfortable beds and clean modern bathrooms with a jetted tub to soak after long days out and about in Rome. Communication with the host is great and check-in and check-out are smooth and easy.

We appreciated the space and location of this property. Everything from cleanliness, space, communication and transportation was at ease. You are located so close to many restaurants, shopping, mini marts and of course the popular landmarks. This is a great place to stay!

We had a truly memorable stay, and was the perfect base for exploring the city.The apartment was exactly as described for a family of 4 with 2 young kids—clean, comfortable, fantastic air conditioning with elevator access and centrally located to the major attractions including high end retail stores. Just steps from the Spanish steps, the three of us were easily accommodated with the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy walk to all the historic sights and metro nearby.

The best location

Our stay here was fantastic. Not only was the apartment clean an quiet, but the beds were comfortable, A/C was nice and cool, and shower was nice!! But the location was the best part!! Right at the bottom of the Spanish Steps… shopping and restaurants were all around you! I would stay here again and again!

Amazing Location!!

Super convenient location at the base of the Spanish steps. Really easy access to all the sites of Rome. Very comfortable apartment, the tub in the bedroom was a great plus every evening for our sore feet! The kitchenette is basic, but more than enough to have coffee or tea, or cook a plate of pasta. Such a magical trip!

A perfect location

We are two elderly with an adult grandson, so the small size of the apartment was perfect for us. The lift always worked, and the air conditioning was a huge bonus as we found it a very nice relief from the crowds and heat. Our host was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and the whole check in/check out process was seamless.

This property is amazing! It is located in Piazza di Spagna half a block from the Spanish Steps. The Trevi Fountain is a 10 minute walk. It's on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The host, Alessandro, is so helpful and easy to communicate with -- he arranged our transport to the airport with a 4am pickup. We loved it!

Marco was great with check in. Only issue was shower curtain in bathroom by tub room was to short and water went everywhere. We ended up just using shower in first bathroom. Other then that all was great!!

Spectacular in Piazza di Spagna!

We had a wonderful time in Rome! Exactly what we needed as a family of three. Perfect location right next to the Spanish Steps and especially wonderful for an avid shopper like myself! Alessandro, the host, is excellent and extremely responsive. He was very helpful in helping us book airport transfers, had easy and explicit instructions for the apartment, it was truly was a seamless stay.

Amazing apartment just 10 steps away from Spanish steps

Everything amazing, Alessandro is the best, the only comment would be that the apartment shows as 2 full bathrooms and it is really a 1.5 bathroom
