Silverius is a spacious apartment in the heart of Rome, where you can enjoy a wonderful, relaxing vacation.
The apartment features 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, and a charming balcony.
It is strategically located just a short walk from St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican.
The first suite (bedroom) features a queen-size bed and has direct access to the balcony.
The living room features a sofa bed, adding versatility to the space; if needed, it can be converted into a double bedroom, ensuring privacy from the rest of the family and friends. The sofa bed is the size of a full double bed with a 20cm-thick mattress.
In the bedrooms, you’ll find a Smart TV (50" and 43") with access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and all streaming platforms—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day with a movie.
There is a very bright bathroom with a window. It features a spacious shower stall, bathroom fixtures, a hair dryer, and a complimentary toiletries kit with shampoo and body wash.
In addition to the welcome kit, you’ll find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets, and comforters.
Everything you need to make your stay perfect
There is a separate kitchen with a window, equipped with an oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a refrigerator.
Since it’s separate from the other rooms, this will prevent any unwanted odors from spreading to other areas.
Finally, there is a convenient laundry area with a washing machine, a first-aid kit, a fire extinguisher, and cleaning supplies.
We will hand-deliver the keys to the guest in person.
In case of an emergency, the guest will be able to enter the apartment on their own.
We will be available to the guest throughout their stay and will do our best to meet all their needs.
