"Sara Flat" is an elegant house in Campo de’ Fiori in Rome, a few steps from the magnificent Piazza Navona. Rent this holiday home in Rome and enjoy the cultured and refined atmosphere that reigns, thanks also to the finishes, such as the exposed wooden beams, excellently restored, which convey the importance of the spaces.

The luxury Roman holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a Renaissance building in Rome, located between Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and Campo de ‘Fiori, in the Parione district.

The house for rent in Rome has a bright entrance with a balcony overlooking a very quiet and bright internal view, from which you can enjoy moments of peace, far from the cheerful chaos of the capital.

It has a spacious double bedroom with a 160 cm. wide bed, a small living room with a double sofa bed, a fireplace and a table for 4 people.

The equipment of the house for rent is completed by a small, comfortable and functional kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and bathroom with shower. In Sara's house you will find all the comforts you could ask for your holiday in Rome with family or friends.

The comforts of the house for rent in Rome include: independent electric heating/air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, Wifi and TV (Italian channels).

The area is full of services: in the morning the traditional open-air market of Piazza Campo dei Fiori takes place, the restaurants and cafes near the magnificent Piazza Navona are famous and renowned throughout the city and the large number of bus stops make this area very well connected.

1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash
2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash
3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash
4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash
6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff
7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out
8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20 9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day

Just delightful

For our small family this place was a perfect jumping off point for our time in Rome. It was fun to be in the center of the action of the Campo, but it was also quiet and tucked away when we needed a rest.

Perfecto!

My wife and adult daughter stayed here for our first stop in Europe and we were not disappointed. Location is walking distance to so many great spots. Apartment was clean and very well appointed. Be prepared to hike some stairs. Would stay there again for sure!

Lovely and unique

This was a perfect spot. Super central and really quiet. Unique old world beams and features. The separation of the rooms what ideal for a family and the kitchen was just big enough for our minimal needs. We really appreciate the AC adn it stayed really cool even when we turned it off. There are good bit of stairs to access the Apartment but thy are well lit and had handrails. The most challenging thing was the request to drop off our trash down the road which is a bit of a hassle but would not prevent us from staying here again.

Great city property in the heart of Rome

Excellent location in the middle of Campo de' Fiori. It is in the middle of a great bustling square with a daily public market and many restaurants. The apartment itself is set back from the square, so despite the area's high level of activity, it's very quiet. The apartment itself is perfect for a couple, but you can use the common area for another bedroom comfortably. We would absolutely stay here again.

I love rome

The best thing about this apartment is the location. It is the perfect place to be. You can walk everywhere and you have restaurants and shops and the market on your doorstep - fantastic! The apartment is small, but characterful, authentically Roman; and even though it is in a busy piazza it is quiet. Fabrizio was so accommodating about our late check in and late check out. Grazie mille!

Hi Everyone! The location of this apartment was great. During the day you had the open farmer's market. If you love to cook, you can buy fresh veggies and fruit here. At night it turns into a bustling nightlife meeting point complete with outdoor restaurants, bars, and I even found a cool lounge / dance club on the side streets. I am glad that we chose to stay in this area! The apartment was recently renovated, enough space for 3 to 4 people, great AC, and Fabrizio's local property manager was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is equidistant from two of the main tourist attractions (Coliseum and Vatican City) and most places are within walking distance.
