Lovely apartment, recently renovated, which can accommodate up to 4 people, Flaminio area near Piazza del Popolo, a 2-minute walk from the Maxxi, a short distance from the Auditorium and only 10 minutes walk from Foro Italico and 15 from Stadium Olympic.

The apartment is in a typical building of the early '900 with a charming courtyard, decorated with flower beds, trees and magnolia trees.
Modern, very comfortable, spacious and bright, high ceilings, original parquet. It is on the 6th floor with elevator, has just been renovated and equipped with every comfort to make your stay unforgettable.

Comfortable and very functional consists of a large living room with sofa bed, a beautiful double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
2 bicycles are available for guests in the garden.

With 20 minutes walking you can reach Villa Borghese, the Zoological Garden, the Etruscan Museum and the Modern Art Gallery, Piazza del Popolo with its famous churches and the shopping area in Via del Corso.
The historic center Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti and Trevi Fountain are just a few tram stops, bus stops and tram stops are in the house.
The heart of nightlife with the nearby Ponte Milvio with the bars of the trendiest cocktails, restaurants, clubs and cinemas.
