The location was great and it was very quaint and communication was great.

The location is excellent! However, the room needs severe love to live up expectations! The bathroom is way too small and needs upgrading, the door lock is a nightmare to open, needs lighting upgrade and some furniture upgrade also, the place has good potential due to is location. The kitchen has a large sink, fridge and stove that take up a lot of room that are most likely not used much for a 2 persons unit. There is no place to rest any size luggage. Maybe a little remodeling would make a huge difference

I'm sorry but I really don't recommend this place. The host was easy to deal with and kindly allowed us to drop our bags before check in, which we appreciated. The location is fantastic as well. Unfortunately the property really needs some upkeep. There was black mold on the walls and all over the shower walls. Basic things like a working light in the main room were missing, leaving us to fumble around in the dark. The toilet seat was falling off. We were provided old tiny hand towels for the shower and we had to buy our own toilet paper when we immediately ran out... A lot of the fittings like the bed quilt looked like they were purchased second hand and were 50 years old. It might be acceptable for a youth hostel, but for the money you're paying, stay in a real hotel.

WARNING TALL PEOPLE. This place is not 6ft friendly, watch your head getting in and out of bed everyday, I've wacked my head twice off the short boards on top of the mezzanine, and the floor can get extremely slippery from the shower room. And be extremely careful entering the property it goes straight down 3 steps which my pregnant partner almost fell face first into. Other then that the apartment was brilliantly placed near some excellent restaurants and a short walk away from some major sites, and was a breeze coming back, take a stroll around, walk out to the fountain every day for brilliant sandwiches and galeto and Al42, Er Baretto, AI Tre Scanlini and if you want a fabulous restaurant with pasta dished from a plate right in front of you go to Taverna Urbana, just some of the lovely places nearby and wish I could of gone to many more. Highly recommend hiring if your dearing a Dott scooter and using the Roma pass for 10 euros to help your feet from walking to places as well.

Great location with easy walks to the major landmarks and bus stations. Host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating.
