  • Un pequeño y encantador piso situado en pleno corazón de la Ciudad Eterna, un lugar con mucho encanto para una pareja a la que le guste pasar unas vacaciones en un sitio cómodo y acogedor. Apto para niños: 1 cuna disponible bajo petición.
    Cómodo cuarto de baño con ducha y cocina americana totalmente equipada. Restauro conservador, mantenimiento anual.
    Segunda planta; el ascensor deja a un tramo de escaleras (8 peldaños) de subir o bajar hasta la planta del piso.
    Edificio elegante y residencial, del año 1700. Todo el edificio fue residencia de un cardenal y esta es la planta noble.
    Aire acondicionado y calefacción. Lavandería y consigna de equipaje, a 2 minutos del piso.
    El barrio no necesita grandes descripciones porque estarás en pleno centro de la ciudad, en el antiguo barrio de Parione, lleno de historia. Cada rincón de este singular barrio tiene una historia que contar. A dos minutos andando de la Piazza Navona y a cinco del Panteón. Justo al otro lado del río Tíber, el imponente Vaticano con la Basílica de San Pedro y mucho más.
    Negocio familiar, con años de experiencia.
    Bien comunicado con el transporte público.

    Limpieza y desinfección minuciosas. La ropa de cama y las toallas las proporciona una lavandería profesional. Lavadas a alta temperatura y desinfectadas.

    El impuesto de estancia en Roma (6 euros por huésped y noche —adultos mayores de 10 años, primeros 10 días—) no está incluido en la tarifa de VRBO. Se debe pagar al hacer el check-in.
    El apartamento está equipado con una cama de matrimonio. Avísanos si prefieres cama de matrimonio + sofá cama.

Loved this property! Great location and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Air conditioning works great and this is perfect for 2 people. Olivia let me check in early and was a very easy process. Very safe and clean and has an elevator!

What a wonderful stay. The property is large and felt very secure. The location was very good with a cafe right next door. The furnishing were lovely with two separate sleeping options which allowed us (a father and daughter) to each have a bed. The bathroom was quite large which was a nice change in Europe. But what we appreciated the most during the 90 degree weather was the air condition! It was a blessing after long hot days sightseeing. The host was so kind and responsive. We would recommend her location without hesitation and appreciated her attention to detail and to the lovely accommodations.

Olivia was easy to get a hold of and was very friendly. We had a lovely stay. Great location and pretty quiet. Lots of great restaurants and a wonderful local coffee shop that served amazing 1.5 cappuccino!

Olivia was very helpful and messaged me during my trip/stay to check in and make sure all was good. Check-in was made easy with clear instructions. The location was very convenient to most historical sites. Our stay was very comfortable for a couple on their first trip to Rome!

Great location, walkable to many sights, Great pasta restaurant below with many dining options round the corner. Comfortable bed with renovated bathroom in a very old building, Tiny kitchen Burt works for us. There is a flight of stairs to reach the apartment but landlady got us help when we told her we are seniors with back problems

The host is friendly and does her best to support guests. The location is great, right in the center of Rome and close to the Vatican. There are many good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely Flat!

Terrific place to stay, quiet and had everything we needed. Very close to Colosseum and Forum, was only a brief and pleasant walk. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. Highly recommend this property, would stay here again!

The apartment was in the perfect, centralized location for all of the sites we wanted to see! Everything was walkable - the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and the churches, so many breathtaking churches! The apartment was clean, and the owner was always reachable for any questions/

A short trip to Rome

The room was perfect for my short stay in Rome. It is located where the major sites everyone comes to Rome to see, with plenty of restaurants located just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Lovely studio close to all the touristy things, yet off the beaten path in a small neighborhood with lots of shops and cafes/osterias. Perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway in Rome.

Absolutely FANTASTIC

Excellent location, apartment was very clean and tidy and extremely well equipped, we couldn’t fault Olivia fantastic host, and owner of the apartment, can’t fault the place, brilliant location to all of the main tourist sites, very quiet even with us being located to a thriving popular location, we will be back for certain, thanks Olivia.
