Quiet openspace with private access

The apartment is located in a beautiful, traditional neighborhood. There are two entrances: the first on the Gianicolo hillside, and the second in the heart of Trastevere.
It’s the ideal place for those who want to experience the charm of old, working-class Rome, surrounded by cobblestone streets, squares, historic buildings, restaurants, cafés, craft shops, and small boutiques.
In the neighborhood, you can experience the daily life of the locals during the day and enjoy chic and casual spots in the evening.

The apartment features a sleeping area with a standard double bed, a kitchenette fully equipped with utensils for preparing your meals, and a table for four where you can eat comfortably.
A spacious shower for relaxing after exploring the Eternal City, complete with a sink, toilet, and bidet. Enjoy the relaxation area for reading after a nice walk downtown.

We’ll be available via WhatsApp and will contact you via WhatsApp to provide access instructions to the apartment and assist you during your stay should you need anything.

Check-in Information
We will contact you via WhatsApp message to provide instructions on how to access the apartment. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, in-person check-in is available upon request for a surcharge of €20, and €30 after midnight

1) I kindly ask my guests to respect the common areas and maintain quiet in the building and neighborhood by avoiding loud voices, loud music, or other disruptive noises that may disturb the neighbors.
2) I kindly ask that you do not leave dirty dishes or countertops and that you dispose of opened food items and trash on the day of check-out.
If requested, I offer an extra kitchen cleaning service for €35.
